The episode starts with Sachin who gets to ready to meet one of his friend. For a secret reason, he takes all the blouse of Sayali in his bag without informing her. Though Sayali doesn’t want him to go out but she asks him to return home as soon as possible. Sachin promises of returning home early before leaving the home. When Sayali gets ready for the festival, she doesn’t find any of her dress.
Being mad at Sachin, Sayali asks him to search the blouses for her. Sachin says there is a surprise for her, and gives her a brand new lahenga. He took all the blouses of Sayali to get a measurement of her body. Sayali becomes overwhelmed to get a new dress since Renuka didn’t give her any. Being emotional he hugs him tightly. Sachin showers all his affection upon her. After a while, Sayali comes infront of him wearing the new dress and helps her to get ready.
The new look makes Sachin amazed and he appreciates her beauty. When Sayali asks him to bring the vermilion box, suddenly it falls from the hand of Sachin which is not a very good sign. The vermilion box also gets broken. But Sachin doesn’t want give that incident any importance and asks her to get ready.
When Renuka gets ready for the festival, Sachin and Sayali come together in the place. Their chemistry makes everyone surprised. Renuka understands that Sachin has given a lahenga to Sayali to wear. When Renuka notices the broken vermilion box, she makes fun of Sayali. Meanwhile, Sachin gets out to fulfill his booking of the car. He promises that he will return soon.
After a while, the Karwa Chauth’s rituals get started. When Sayali notices Sachin is not coming home yet, she becomes tensed. Seeing the pale face of Sayali, Paresh comes there and asks him to come home as soon as possible. Sachin follows the words of Paresh.
Back to the scene, Renuka starts the rituals of watching the face of the full moon, but Sayali gets upset for the absence of Sachin. Paresh requests Renuka to hold on the ritual but she doesn’t want to wait for Sachin who might return home being intoxicated. Sayali protests and says he will definitely return home as soon as possible
