The episode starts with the judge asking Mitti where have they taken Naina. Mitti says they have taken Naina to Satendra’s house but she wasn’t safe there so they have taken Naina to Suhana’s house. Mitti later complaints to the judge as Akash has kidnapped Chirag from school by lying to the school principal. Mitti says Akash has locked Chirag in a room and kept him starving. Mittal comments on Mitti as whenever she is in trouble Satendra comes to her rescue. Mitti says she is blessed to have a friend like him and comments on it.
Amrita calls Prithvi to the witness stand to give his testimony against Akash saying he has already given his testimony. It is shown Prithvi comes to Satendra and says to Satendra that he wants to confess his sins as he cannot stand this burden of sin.
Akash warns Prithvi that he will never be able to practice medicine. Mittal asks Akash to shut up.
Amrita asks Prithvi why was he helping Akash. Prithvi says in his final year MBBS his marksheet has been swapped and says Akash still has his exam sheet that is why Akash has always blackmailed him. Amrita asks Prithvi if the attack on Mitti and Naina was an accident. Prithvi says Akash hired a contract killer named Bhsuhan to kill Naina and Mitti.
Rohit later comes to the witness stand and he testifies against Akash saying he overheard Akash giving supari to Bhushan to kill Mitti and Naina. Rohit later leaves from there.
Kuljeet says to the judge that she should be punished as she is the reason why Akash has become like this and comments on it. Kuljeet asks the judge to punish Akash.
Mitti later says to the judge that if Akash is just punished for killing Naina then what about the first allegation against him. Mitti says Akash has molested Naina and she has become Akash’s unwanted baby’s mother. The judge says no one has taken any sample of Naina’s unborn baby and the baby also died.
Mitti says to the judge that Naina’s baby is alive and says they have hidden this truth thinking Akash will kill the baby if he knows about it. Mittal argues in the court that Mitti has hidden truth from the court. Mitti comments on it. The judge asks the cops to do DNA test of the baby and Akash and he will give his decision once the report has been submitted to the court.
The next day, Mitti prays to God and asks God to give her strength.
In the court, it is proven Akash is guilty and he is fined for Rs 100000 and life sentence.
The reporters asks Mitti what does she think of the court decision. Mitti says the truth never dies and comments on it.
Satendra comes to the children in the park and asks them to take a balloon and leave it in the air. Satendra later comes to Mitti and asks Mitti to choose a balloon and leave it in the air. Mitti chooses a balloon and she leaves it in the air along with the children.
