The episode starts with Ehsan informs Viaan how he tried to stop Maya but the latter outsmarted him. Viaan gets hurt and asks if Maya done all this even after knowing he loves Katha? Meanwhile, Katha questions Aarav for the reason behind his attack towards Mathur. A FB shows in which Aarav’s friends asks Aarav the reason behind his parent’s wedding being called off. Aarav tells them he doesn’t know anything. He also refuses to speak with Katha about it because Katha looks troubled also she is so much in stressed. Mathur arrives there and starts provoking Aarav by saying Katha must be wrong so the wedding is called off. Aarav warns Mathur not to say anything against Katha but Mathur refuses to listen to Aarav attacks Mathur. The FB ends. Aarav cries hard and complains about elders not sharing with him the reason behind their actions. Katha tries to control her tears and hugs Aarav. She then advises Aarav not to react even if someone try to provoke him. Aarav refuses and firmly states if anyone ever tries to badmouth about her he won’t spare that person then leaves. Katha gets upset and worried.
Viaan asks Ehsan about the latter’s perspective after learning the truth. Ehsan clarifies he was shocked first but then understood Viaan’s act also says he didn’t judged him also he is happy that finally Katha understood his love for him. He also says to Viaan that he will help the latter to get Katha back in his life. Viaan gives Ehsan some instructions which Ehsan assures to do it.
Maya informs Teji that she is going back to Paris. She requests Teji to let her meet Viaan which Teji agrees. Meanwhile, Katha visits the hospital. She met Mathur’s parents the Kumar’s. She apologises to them for Aarav’s act. Mathur’s mother expresses her disappointment towards Katha also advises her to take good care of Aarav who is affected by her wedding being called off. Katha gets sad. She then notices Viaan’s room is empty so she enters but hides herself realising Viaan is still there. Viaan senses Katha is around him but gets distracted by a nurse who asks him to complete the formalities to get discharged from the hospital.
Later, Maya comes to visit Viaan. Viaan confronts her. Maya justifies her actions but Viaan lashes out at her for doing all this against him and breaks all ties with her then leaves with Teji. Maya gets hurt in the end everyone is thinking she is the villain. She decides to be part of Viaan’s life as a villain too.
Katha hides herself before Viaan could notice her. She then overhears Maya ordering Reet to tell Kailash about Katha-Viaan’s secret which shocks Katha. Reet refuses to oblige Maya so the latter threatens her then leaves. Meanwhile, Ehsan says this time if it’s needed then he will abduct Katha and Viaan and make them marry eachother on temple. Viaan and Teji laughs. Katha tries to contact Reet and Kailash but both of them doesn’t answer so she gets worried. Meanwhile, Yuvraj returns home. The Garewal’s learns Viaan withdrawn the complaint. Kailash rudely behaves with Yuvraj. Viaan and Katha reaches the Garewal’s house at the same time.
Precap: Viaan pleads with Katha to return to his life. Reet reveals Katha-Viaan’s secret to Kailash. Kailash shouts at Viaan. Aarav blames Viaan for hurting Katha then falls unconscious which worries everyone.
