Episode begins with Nidhi books tickets for London. She enters Anjali’s room and wonders that where Anjali went. She assumes that hospital staff shifted Anjali to another room. She asks doctor about Anjali. Doctor tells her that Anjali should be inside the room only because he did not give instruction to shift Anjali. She scolds him for being careless. She gets worried about Anjali. He takes her to check the CCTV footage.

Anjali goes to baby care unit. She puts knife on Nurse neck. She asks her about Karan and Preeta’s babies. Nurse informs her about swing numbers. Anjali makes Nurse unconscious. She hides seeing Srishti and Sameer. Srishti and Sameer finds Nurse unconscious. Anjali enters the baby care unit. She recalls that how Karan said that he love her and how he slapped her for Preeta. Srishti and Sameer tells about Nurse condition to another Nurse and leaves from there. Anjali takes one of the baby and the latter cries.

Meanwhile, Preeta feels like her babies are in danger. She asks Nurse to take her to her babies. Nurse tells her that the latter need rest. Luthras comes there. Preeta screams that her babies are in danger. Karan assures her that babies are in the hospital. Preeta asks him to go and check their babies. She says that she want to go to her babies. Doctor gives sleeping medicine to Preeta. Preeta falls asleep. Karan tells her that he won’t let anything happen to their babies. Doctor asks Luthras to wait in the waiting room. She says that Preeta will wake up after 2 hours only.

Nurse enters the baby care unit. Anjali lies to Nurse that she is patient’s sister. She takes one of the Preeta’s baby and leaves from there.

Doctor and Nidhi watches CCTV footage. Nidhi tells Doctor that she won’t spare anyone if anything happen to Anjali then. They gets shocked seeing Anjali walking. Then Nidhi gets happy that Anjali came out of coma. They sees Anjali stealing the baby and running away from there. Nidhi goes to find Anjali. Doctor asks hospital staff to find out which baby is missing. Luthras questions Doctor. Doctor assures them that Preeta is fine.

Anjali leaves the hospital. Nidhi comes there and asks Anjali that what the latter is doing. Anjali tells her that she is taking Karan and Preeta’s baby with her and leaves from there. She says that Preeta has to suffer for separating her from Karan.

Nidhi learns that Preeta is in ICU. She decides to tell the truth to Karan. Rakhi faints. Luthras gets worried about Rakhi. Doctor comes there and examines Rakhi. He says that they have to admit Rakhi. They takes Rakhi inside the room. Nidhi sees everything. She asks herself that how can she tell the truth to Luthras now. She says that she has to save Preeta’s baby.
