She humbly seeks blessings from her ex-mother-in-law, Kusum, who gets emotional and insists that Mangal leave the house not as a guest, but as their daughter. Kusum even requests her to stay until the wedding, a sentiment Kapil fully supports.
However, the emotional moment takes a sharp turn when Sudesh overhears the conversation and collapses. Mangal immediately gives him the doctor-prescribed medicine, helping him regain consciousness. Grateful, Sudesh blesses her, further strengthening her bond with the family.
But not everyone is happy. Seeing the growing affection for Mangal, Sowmya becomes increasingly jealous and starts plotting to turn the family against her.
