The episode starts with Pushpa complaining to Radha that the world is in such a bad state because people only think it’s a problem when it affects them. She says she cannot be like that and will always interfere in people’s lives because that is who she is. Radha tells Pushpa that whenever people thought of others and fought for them, a revolution took place in society, and comments on it. Pushpa says if she isn’t here, then who will show Radha the right path. Radha replies that Lord Shiva shows the right way to everyone.
Chirag comes to the police station to talk to Prarthna. Prarthna asks him why he has come. Chirag says he didn’t come for himself but for Swara. He tells Prarthna that there is a parent-teacher meeting in Nana Vati School and Swara needs both of them.
Rashi worries about her and Rishabh’s relationship. Pushpa asks Rashi if she is thinking about Rishabh. Rashi says yes. Pushpa tells Rashi that Rishabh is a good guy, but his mother Madhumati is dangerous, and asks Rashi to be careful. Rashi says Pushpa is also dangerous. Pushpa replies that she isn’t angry all the time like Madhumati and says Madhumati doesn’t seem like someone who forgets things and moves on. Pushpa comments further on her.
Madhumati shows the shagun ka thaal to Rishabh and says they will go to Rashi’s house on an auspicious day to fix the wedding date. Rishabh thanks Madhumati. Madhumati thinks to herself that he must do whatever she says.
Pushpa arrives at the hospital and sees that Butler’s condition is critical. She calls for the doctor. The doctor asks Pushpa to leave the room.
The teacher greets the students and asks Swara about her guardians. Swara says they are not with her—they are “dead” to her—and they have settled in London. The teacher says Pushpa ji always comes as her guardian and tells her to call Pushpa if needed. Swara gets upset and damages the classroom wall. The teacher sees this and says her parents aren’t coming because of such ridiculous behaviour. Prarthna and Chirag reach there. Prarthna questions the teacher about how she can speak like this.
The doctor tells Pushpa that dialysis is not working for Butler and he needs an immediate kidney transplant. Pushpa thinks about taking the water samples from the basti and vows not to spare the people responsible for Butler’s condition.
Prarthna and Chirag tell the teacher that they are Swara’s guardians and warn her never to talk to any child in that manner again, or they will file a complaint. The teacher apologizes. Prarthna asks about Swara’s progress, the teacher explains, and Prarthna gives her phone number, asking her to call whenever needed.
Pushpa dresses up like a basti woman. Rishabh asks Madhumati why she is preparing the shagun thaal all of a sudden and says he has never seen her take such a sudden U-turn or accept Rashi. Madhumati says that for the first time, she saw in Rishabh’s eyes that he could leave them for Rashi, and she doesn’t want to lose her son. So, she is accepting Rashi so Rishabh doesn’t go away. Rishabh’s father praises her. Madhumati says she wants to take all decisions of her son’s life, not let him choose.
Pushpa goes to the basti as a vegetable vendor to collect the water sample. She pretends to cough while selling vegetables. The ladies ask her to drink tap water and show her the tap. Pushpa fills the bottle with tap water.
Prarthna and Chirag bring Swara to the chawl. Prarthna tells Swara never to say she doesn’t have parents or guardians because they are with her. Swara hugs them. Chirag and Prarthna get lost in each other. Bapodhara sees them.

Precap: Bapodhara asks Rishabh’s parents if they have come to this house for wedding talks and says they should be going to a good family. He comments that Pushpa doesn’t know how to maintain relationships and says she is divorced. Pushpa gives a sharp reply to Bapodhara.
