Episode begins with Judge apologize to Hema and tells Gehna to get ready for the final round. Gehna thanks her and goes inside to get ready. After some time she comes to the stage in same saree. Anant wonders why Gehna didn’t wear her costume. Gehna starts her ramp walk but Judge interrupts and says she gave one more chance to her but Gehna insulting her. Gehna says she didn’t insult anyone and says she don’t want to hide her flaws with makeup and designer clothes and says here every contestant is beautiful in their own way and all of them are Mrs. Surat. She says she is standing here as “Mrs. Gehna Anant Desai” and she is proud of herself. Everyone claps for Gehna’s speech including Hema.
Judge asks Gehna about her dream. Hema says Gehna herself is a dream. She says she used to make fun of Gehna but when everyone made fun of her she realised Gehna’s pain and says today Gehna saved her life and says Gehna’s heart is beautiful and thanks her then hugs her. Anant feels proud of Gehna. Another contestant removes her heels and says she thinks she doesn’t need this heels anymore because she is happy with her height. Anant thinks for him Gehna is already a winner. Host praises the contestants and says Judges need time to announce the result.
Kanak asks Radhika that according to her who is going to win the competition between them. Radhika says that’s not matter for her because Anant is her trophy. Kanak thinks it won’t be easy for Radhika to win Anant but today she will win the competition. Jamuna says today she is so happy. Praful says their daughter in laws moving towards their dreams without worry about anything because they knows that their family is supporting them and he is so proud of them and says it would have been really good if Anant was here then. Tiya misses Anant. Anant thinks he knows that Gehna searching him but he can’t go in front of her.
Host takes envelope from Judges and announces that Radhika is 1st runner up of Mrs.Surat. Radhika shocks hearing him and comes forward and thanks everyone. Kanak thinks Gehna could not become runner up also. Host announces that Gehna is the winner of Mrs. Surat. Kanak shocks hearing him. Gehna gets emotional and Anant claps for her. Judge praises Gehna and congratulates her. Gehna receives the crown and cash prize and searches Anant.
Host asks Gehna to tell something about her win. Gehna says just participating in this competition itself is a win for her and says this crown is Anant’s dream who supported her always. Security guard drags Anant. Everyone shocks seeing Anant’s condition and Gehna runs towards him. He smiles at her and falls unconscious. Sapan and they need to take Anant to hospital.
