The episode begins with Ishaani panicking seeing Sid’s condition. His heartbeat keeps falling and Rahil and Rishab tries . NV urges Ishaani ti do something but she stays unmoved. Rishab gives shock therapy to Sid but nothing works and his heartbeat drops completely shocking everybody. Ishaani gets shocked to the core and instantly takes the defibrillator and gives him maximum shock. Sid regains pulse and yells Ishaani surprising and shocking everybody but soon falls unconscious. NV believes that eventually Ishaani succeeded in treating Sid and his expectation won too.
NV inquires Rahil about Sid’s condition. Rahil claims that today everything is secure and NV praises Ishaani.
NV gets a telephone and urges everyone that it is an emergency. He asks everyone to build out and they all rush. Ishaani remains watching Sid in shock. NV gets advised that a bridge collapsed and many people needs immediate treatment there. He asks his tea. He asks the staff to go there and assist the need. They say that they’re less in number and has to be in hospital. NV says they have to do this and motivates them to take good care. He asks Rishab if he’s any operation and he agrees. He asks him to remain there and urges all to fill the ambulance with requirements.
NV goes to Ishaani and supports her for the rescue Sid on time. He asks her to take care of Sanjivani in his absence and he entrust her with. He leaves with the staff to the place whilst Rishab with few different staffs remain in Sanjivani. Ishaani is still considering about Sid when all of a sudden Sid gets psychic assault.
Rishab urges Ishaani to assist him Ishaani stands still. She takes her pills. Rishab attempts injecting him but his body could not be controlled. He asks Nurse ro telephone Rahil and Philo from injury place informing about Sid’s condition. At a point he is going to strike his head in local table but Ishaani holds on time. With her aid Rishab manages to give the shot and Sid gets calmed.
He urges Ishaani to help him with operation to Sid else it might cause harmful for him. He drags Ishaani. Rahil gets hospital telephone about Sid’s condition and informs NV of this psychic attack for attack. NV urges him to rush to hospital. Rishab asks for Ishaani’s help in ot but she still stands unmoved.
