The episode starts with, Preeti telling the historic story of Chamkiya’s horror story to Abhimanyu. After listening to all these, he laughs and asks her if she believes in all this nonsense. She says that she doesn’t believe in all these but it’s what people believe. Preeti takes Abhimanyu to an old ice factory where they can keep the corpse for some time. They find that the freezer isn’t working so she hurriedly does some quick fix and starts it. Preeti was about to trip in the dark but Abhimanyu saves her so they stare at each other for sometime.
Machhar calls Abhimanyu and asks where he is and if he is okay. He says he is perfectly fine and asks him to take care of himself. He was about to tell Abhimanyu about Geetanjali but his mobile battery dies. They bring the corpse and put it inside. After putting the body inside, something sticks on his hands.He asks Preeti to drop him off midway so she asks if he has the intention to have more fun like last night. She asks if there’s someone else tonight or the same woman. He says he is going inside the khandar to check on the dayaan and the stories of these villagers.
As he turns around, he gets to see a crooked woman standing behind him. Then he sees that it’s Geetanjali there who says she would kill him. Next morning Machhar Singh wakes up with a stone being thrown at him. He wakes up and sees that the villagers have all surrounded their house and are pelting stones at them from outside. He comes out and asks them all to stop. Seeing the situation deteriorate, he apologises to them and makes them believe that he is with them all and believes in the daayan story and says he is with them in this fight and will help them in this endeavor.They all leave from there.
Abhimanyu tells Machhar that he has to solve the murder mystery for which it was necessary to lie to them. He explains the case study of daayan to Machhar Singh. He says he would solve this mystery for sure. Episode ends.
