Episode starts with, Abhimanyu getting up on that swing. He gets to see the dayaan sitting with him on the same swing so he asks her why she doesn’t show her face as he wants to know the truth. She shows him her scary face seeing which Abhimanyu gets scared and opens his eyes. Turns out he was dreaming all this while. He gets up and tries to understand what’s going on and if dayaan really exists.
He stands indront of the mirror and tries to make himswlr understand that dayaan can’t be real. He gets to see glimpses of dayaan in the mirror and places in his room. Someone knocks at his door. As he opens the door he gets to see the dayaan roarinh with her ugly and scary face. He screams and backs off. Then as he sits on the bed, he gets scratched by rge dayaan. So he screams again when Machhar Singh comes and asks what’s wrong with him.
Next morning, Shastri’s aide bring a man in a big bag who begs for forgiveness. He begs to let him go. Shastri says that he has been selected for a very important work and has a family. Shastri says that his family will be taken care of by him from now on. His aide brings an earthen pot with the ashes of rge burnt swing where dayaan was swinging last night. He says this ash consists of the black shadow of the dayaan so he can’t throw it on the ground or anywhere else so the only way is to make him feed it. Although he denies to have it, he is forced to have it.
Abhimanyu is seen sitting with his parents photo in his room and recalling Chachi’s request of leaving this house and if possible this village too. Preeti comes and asks him if he is leaving the house. Abhimanyu says that he is leaving Chamkiya. Preeti says that he can’t accept defeat so easily so Abhimanyu says that till now he had been trying to save people but now if anyone dies he can’t take that blame on him now. He says he can’t do anything and maybe the villagers are right and his research is wrong. Preeti says he can’t leave. Years back she ran away from a situation so she can’t let him do the same mistake now. She holds his shirt and asks if there’s no reason to stay back. Abhimanyu gets rid of him and leaves. The man who had the ashes dies in few minutes. Shastri asks Mangal to destroy this body outisde the village and make sure there’s no mistake.
Abhimanyu gets a video call from Geetanjali who asks him if he is okay since she is getting to hear bad things baout Chamkiya. He says he is fine. She tells Abhimanyu thta she misses her home and friends and wants to visit them but his father says they are not safe there. She asks him if they can visit Chamkiya for a few days so Abhimanyu says agrees and says he will make all arrangements for her. She says she will bring rakhi for him since she sees him as her sister.
