Episode starts with Pulkit telling Ashwini about Sai’s discharge and states that they can take her back to Chavan Niwas. Virat assures Sai and goes to fill the discharge papers, while Rajiv also follows him. Whereas, Ashwini takes Sai’s medicines and consoles her starting that everything will get fine. Meanwhile, Sai denies to go back to their house.
Ashwini gets shocked and questions about her decision, to which Sai replies that she don’t want to face Pakhi. She tells that she shouted at her because the latter has cursed her unborn baby. Sai cries while Ashwini comforts her and tells that soon Sai and Virat will get blessed with a baby.
Here, Virat tells Sai that the doctor wants to talk to them privately. She goes to meet the doctor along with Virat, while the latter says that Sai’s body is weak because of mental stress and that is why miscarriage happened. Sai questions if she will be able to conceive in the future? To which the doctor replies negatively.
The doctor tells that Sai won’t be able to become a mother, while Sai and Virat gets shocked. Virat goes away from there being devastated, while Ashwini also hears their conversation and gets stunned. She tries to stop Virat but the latter goes away.
Elsewhere, Sai cries and releases her pain while Ashwini consoles her. Meanwhile, Ninad comforts Virat and assures that soon they will have a child, to which the latter notify that Sai can never get pregnant. Ninad gets shocked, while Ashwini also comes there and ask Virat to be strong. She also says that Sai needs his support.
Bhavani learns about the news and gets devastated. She accuses Pakhi for it, while Sonali and Omkar tries to stop her. Mansi takes a stand for Pakhi and says that Bhavani can’t blame her, but the latter reminds about Pakhi’s curse to Sai. Meanwhile, Sai comes back to the Chavan Niwas, while everyone tries to cheer her.
Ahead, Bhavani gets concerned for Sai while Ninad and Ashwini plans to tell about the news to their family after sometime. Virat also makes some excuses but Sai reveals the truth that she can never be able to bear a child. Everyone gets shocked, while Devyani gets devastated and cries.
Bhavani blames Pakhi for everything and goes to her room. She drags Pakhi out of her room and makes her stand in front of everyone. She reveals about Sai’s miscarriage, while Pakhi also gets shocked. She tries to clearify herself that she was angry and said everything in anger. She declares that she never wanted bad for Sai and Virat’s child.
Further, Bhavani declares to throw Pakhi out of the house, but Mansi takes a stand for her. Pakhi’s mother declares that she will keep her daughter and gets furious at Bhavani, while Pakhi also confronts the latter about her partiality. Mansi gets furious at Bhavani and declares that she can’t throw her daughter-in-law out of the house. She says that Chavans never considered them as their own and proclaims to leave the house along with Pakhi, but Sai stops them.
Precap:- Bhavani takes Sai and Virat to a doctor and requests the latter to treat Sai. She says that she wants the heir of their family through Sai, while the doctor notify that Sai can become a mother by two ways. He declares that either they can adopt a child or can go for surrogacy. Whereas, Sai ask Virat that what he will prefer? To which he replies that he is against both the options. Meanwhile, Sai will get shocked hearing Virat’s reply.
