Episode begins with Suhani tells her men to dispose Gehna and Urmila’s dead body. She adds that no one should be able to find the dead bodies. On the other hand, Auto driver notices Surya’s car and goes to Surya. He asks him to wake up and sprinkles water on his face. Surya regains consciousness and murmurs Gehna’s name.

Auto driver asks him about an accident. Surya tells him that he has no idea about it because he was not in his sense. Auto driver says that they should go to the hospital. Surya tells him that he has to find Gehna and that’s his priority. He asks him to take to the factory. They leaves for the factory.

Suhani’s men puts Urmila in his car. Auto driver drops Surya outside the factory. Surya goes inside and searches Gehna. Suhani’s men hears Surya’s voice and decides to escape from there. He gets shocked seeing police there and runs from there after hitting Surya.

Surya finds Gehna and rescues her ( Title song plays in the background ). He admits Gehna in the hospital. Nurse informs Doctor that it’s gas poisoning case and Gehna’s pulse keep decreasing. They takes Gehna inside. Seth family reaches the hospital. Suhani wonders that how Gehna is alive still. Sarika tells her that it won’t be easy to get rid of Gehna. She adds that Surya won’t leave Gehna too.

Meanwhile, Surya prays to God for Gehna’s life. Kaddu asks God to save Gehna for Surya’s sake. Dada asks Doctor about Gehna’s condition. Doctor says that he can’t say anything because Gehna is in critical condition still. He asks Nurse to arrange an injection and leaves from there. Agastya comes there with police inspector. Dada asks police inspector about culprit. Police inspector tells him that they will find the culprit soon and asks for a statement. Seth family gives their statement.

Police inspector says that they wants Surya’s statement too. Dadi tells him that Surya is not in the condition to give a statement. Agastya asks Police inspector that if the latter can get Surya’s statement later. Police inspector nods at him. He reveals that they got Gehna’s call record so they can find the culprit. Sarika tells Suhani that the latter’s game is over. Suhani thinks that she has to handle her men. She tells Kaddu that she is leaving for the house to make food and leaves the hospital.

Suhani gives money to her new men and asks him to kill her old men who is with Urmila’s dead body. She adds that it should look like an accident. He nods at her and leaves from there. Sarika tells Suhani that the latter’s game is over once Gehna regains consciousness. In the hospital, Surya talks to the unconscious Gehna. He pleads her to not leave him. Gehna regains consciousness and murmurs Surya’s name. He tells her that he is with her only. She faints which shocks him.
