Episode begins with Malti calls Revati and asks her to save her from her husband saying that he is beating her up so much. She tells the address to her. Revati leaves the house. Malti sees that and she tells Khuranas about Preesha’s labour pain. Rudraksh gets panicked and he forgets everything. Preesha scolds him. They takes Preesha to the hospital.
After some time, Doctor tells Rudraksh that he can wait outside because it’s not easy to see the delivery. He leaves the cabin and vomits. Saaransh asks him that what happened. Rudraksh tells him that he will be fine. Sharda asks him to go to house and take rest. He asks her that how can he leave when Preesha is here. Nurse comes there and says that they have time for delivery and asks Rudraksh to go to house. But he refuses.
Malti says that they should admit Rudraksh also in the hospital. Rudraksh says that no need of that and he can wait here. Sharda tells him that Preesha will get tensed seeing him in this condition. She asks him to take some rest. Nurse tells Sharda to leave with kids and she takes Rudraksh to a room. Malti tells Sharda that she will handle everything. Sharda leaves the hospital with kids.
Nurse informs Rudraksh about his food poisoning. He loses consciousness because of medicine effects. Meanwhile, Preesha gives a birth to a baby boy. Nurse gives the baby to Preesha. Preesha says that she won’t let anything happen to him. She ties her evil eyes chain around his neck. Malti tells her that she arranged for baby’s dead body and takes Preesha’s baby with her to hide.
Rudraksh wakes up and thinks that he has to find out about Preesha and baby. He leaves his room. Nurse tells him that he is infected so he should not go near Preesha and baby. She informs him that Preesha gave a birth to a baby boy. He smiles hearing her.
Later, Malti tells Preesha that she finished her work. Revati comes there and asks Preesha about baby. Preesha tells her that baby born dead which shocks the latter. Revati tells her that the latter lying. Malti says that Preesha is not lying and they have not share the news with Khuranas yet. Revati says that she want to see the baby. Malti takes her to a room and shows a baby’s dead body.
Preesha hopes that Revati believes their lie. Revati cries saying that her Dev left. She goes to Preesha and tells her that she won’t forgive her for snatching Dev from her again. Preesha tells her that the latter can’t imagine what she is going through now. Revati tells her that God punished her and she don’t want to see them again. She curses them and leaves from there. Preesha thanks Malti.
Next day, Preesha searches Malti and her baby. Meanwhile, Malti gives Preesha’s baby to Revati. Revati thanks Malti for bringing her Dev to her. She praises her acting. Malti laughs.

Precap – Preesha tells Rudraksh that Revati took their baby with her. She reveals about Revati’s threat. He tells her that she lost their baby for Saaransh. She tells him that he failed as a father and asks him to leave saying that she don’t want to see his face. Saaransh hears that.
