Episode begins with Revati asks Malti that how the latter sent Khuranas out of the hospital. Malti recalls that how she mixed something in Rudraksh’s water so he does not able to stay with Preesha. She bribes Nurse to lie to Khuranas that it will take time for Preesha’s delivery. She asks Nurse to not tell about Rudraksh to Preesha and she tells everything to Revati. Revati tells her that she got what she wanted and now it’s her partner’s turn.
Armaan comes there and congratulates Revati. He tells her that he thought he can’t get Preesha but she gave hope to him. And he returned to India because of her call. He recalls that how Revati met him and made a deal with him. He says that he knows that Preesha won’t trust him easily because of his past record that’s why he made fake report to show her. He adds that he did not wanted to involve Anvi in all this so he did not bring Anvi to Delhi. They discuss about how they made Preesha and Rudraksh reach the hotel.
Armaan says that Preesha never got to know that he sent Malti to Khurana house. He praises Malti for gaining Preesha’s trust. Revati says that Preesha really thought everything is over when police arrested her. She adds that she has to leave before Rudraksh gets to know the truth and leaves from there. Malti also leaves from there. Armaan tells himself that he is going to get Preesha.
In the hospital, Preesha wonders that where is her baby. Rudraksh comes there and thanks her for junior Rudraksh. She asks him that why he is wearing patient dress. He tells her that he was also admitted. She cries and tells him that she would have told everything to him if she knows that he is here only. He asks her that what happened. She tells him that Revati stole their son with Malti’s help. She adds that Revati came to get revenge from them. She informs him everything. She says that she was silent till now because Revati threatened her.
He tells her that she made same mistake again by hiding the truth from him. She tells him that Revati blackmailed her. He tells her that he would have saved Gopal and Saaransh but she ruined everything by hiding the truth from him. He blames her for everything. He adds that he lost his son because of her. She asks him to stop talking nonsense. She says that she also lost her son.
Saaransh and Ruhi reaches the hospital and distributes sweets to everyone. Preesha tells Rudraksh that she can’t risk Saaransh’s life. Rudraksh tells her that she forgot her own baby for Saaransh. He adds that her priority is Saaransh always. Saaransh hears everything and cries. He thinks that he is not real son for Rudraksh and leaves from there.
Rudraksh asks Preesha that how can she trust Malti over him. Preesha reminds him that she asked him to not trust Revati but he did not listen her. He tells her that she is not good mother and good wife. She tells him that he loses his control in anger.

Precap – Preesha tells Rudraksh that he is blaming her instead of trusting her. She adds that he lost as a husband. Gopal tells Rudraksh about his kidnap. Rudraksh gets shocked reading Preesha’s letter.
