In today’s episode, Abhimanyu hides himself under a sheet and recall his past. He cries. Manjiri talks with Abhimanyu. Akshara looks at Abhimanyu and Manjiri from far. Manjiri and Abhimanyu cries. Both hug each other. Akshara decide to handle the house as both Manjiri and Abhimanyu are disturbed. She says Swarna’s teaching will be utilized now. Akshara decide to fix Birla’s in Harsh’s absence.  

Manjiri and Akshara do the puja together. Abhimanyu joins and hide about his hand injury. Goenka’s talk about Arohi’s alliance. They tell Arohi that a surgeon from London is interested in her profile. Arohi says she don’t want to get married. Vansh, Akhilesh, Manish and others tries to convince Arohi to check the boy profile. Arohi checks the profile and recall her insult by Abhimanyu. She asks Goenka’s to fix the meeting. Arohi gets happy thinking she will get a better boy than Abhimanyu.

Birla’s sit for breakfast. Abhimanyu says few of the members will be upset with his decision but he is wrong. He clears by asking Harsh to leave the house, he isn’t wrong. Anand says he isn’t wrong but Harsh is his brother and he needs to take care of him too. Neil adds Harsh ditched his and Manjiri both. Akshara and Manjiri serve breakfast. Akshara asks Manjiri to sit and have breakfast. She says she already did a lot and now it is a time to relax. Akshara serves breakfast to Birla’s. Anand reveals that their hospital is in loss post fire incident. He tells he has promoted few freshers and asks Abhimanyu to check the file. Abhimanyu sees Arohi’s name in the list. He says he never mixes his personal and professional life. Abhimanyu agree that Arohi is a good doctor. He decides to hide about his hand injury from Akshara.  Akshara asks Anand if he doesn’t mind than can she tell the news to Arohi by herself.

Arohi tells to Goenkas about her promotion and gets happy. She says she will prove herself that she is best from Abhimanyu and Akshara. Kairav and Vansh say to Arohi that they all are proud of her. Abhimanyu decide to get his MRI done. Rohan says to Abhimanyu that for a surgeon hands are equally important like for a singer their voice. Abhimanyu looks at his hand.

Arohi flies high post getting appreciation from her colleagues. While celebrating she gives a wrong medicine to a child patient. Akshara congratulate Arohi. Arohi says she is best. Akshara serves lunch to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu worries about his hand. Akshara asks Abhimanyu about his engagement ring. Abhimanyu think he removed it before MRI scan. [Episode Ends]
