The episode starts with the prosecutor calling Kishore Kaushik as a witness. Sid sees him and says to the judge that he saw him in the work shop and he is mixing some green powder in all the Sweets when I asked him he told me it was Pista powder. Judge tells Sid not to disturb the prosecutor. Kaushik gives his testimony and says that Sid gave him a green powder packet and told him to mix it in all the Sweets. Kaushik says how would he know that it is not pista powder but poison.
The prosecutor sends Kaushik away and calls Harimohan Chobey as a witness. The prosecutor asks him if this business is handled by his sons and Sid has no interest in it. Harimohan says yes. The prosecutor also asks if Sid tried to sell this business to Agarwal or not. Harimohan says yes. Then prosecutor frames it as Sid tries to sell the business to Mr. Agarwal and when it didn’t happen. He tries to get rid of the business by mixing poison in the Sweets.
The Judge takes the evidence into consideration and gives the order for Sid to be in the jail and there will be hearing at 10 am tomorrow. Deepti asks the judge for bail and some time to collect the evidence. The Judge says this is a criminal investigation and all the evidences are against him. How can I grant bail. The police takes Sid away.
Harimohan asks the Police to allow to talk to Sid for 2 min. The police allow him. Harimohan says we will do everything to get you out. Sid says he took the responsibility so that he doesn’t have to go to court but he is still here, sorry Dadu. Harimohan says he knows it is not his mistake. The police take Sid away. Girish says Deepti gave a big criminal lawyer’s no we will hire him and get Sid out.
Harimohan is worried about Sid. Mithai tells him to not be worried or his health will deteriorate. Harimohan says he is worried about Sid. Harimohan says I will not worry when Sid is out. Mithai says there is a way and says if she confesses that she was the one who did it instead of Sid then Sid will come out. Harimohan doesn’t agree to the idea.
Apeksha talks to Sid and says Girish is hiring the best criminal lawyers to get him out. Sid says he is just show off. Apeksha says everyone wants you to come out. Sid says not everyone only Dadu. Apeksha says she already talked with her mom we can only get you bail if we can prove that you are not there at the workshop at that time. Some one is trying to frame me. Sid asks if Deepti talked to the witness. Apeksha says he has court protection we can’t go near him. Then how can we know who asked him to give false testimony.
Mithai comes to the station and says to the police she was the one who did it and tells the police to handcuff her and release Sid. Apeksha thinks this is the best solution Sid will be out and when she goes inside I will make sure she doesn’t come out. Inspector tells Mithai to go away. Apeksha talks to Inspector and says she knows Mithai and says there is enmity between Sid and Mithai. She said she did it and I heard her confession.
Shubham comes there and says to the Inspector that the workshop used to work under his jurisdiction. For whatever happened I was responsible not Sid. The Inspector asks so you are his brother. Shubham says I am not blood related. I was adopted but Girish never owned me and I have enmity with him because of it. So I did what I had to do to frame Sid. The Inspector asks so you are the one who did it then why did this girl come here and says she was the one who did it. Shubham sees Mithai.
