The episode starts with the Police bringing Sid to court. The lawyer passes the message of Harimohan to Sid to not interrupt the witness who’s going to save him and it’s swear on your Grandfather. Sid looks on. Girish tells Sid that he will save him by hiring a good lawyer. Sid asks him to not worry. Agarwal says Harimohan didn’t come. Aditya says he can’t bear the insult.
Abhishek scolds Pramod for trusting Agarwal. The court session starts when Judge arrives. The lawyer says she has proof to prove Sid is innocent. Judge asks her to proceed. The lawyer calls Mithai to the witness box.
Mithai comes to the witness box. Lawyer asks what she wants to say. Mithai thinks she has to solve this fake case with a fake confession. Mithai says to the judge, that Sid lied that he was in the workshop as he doesn’t want anyone to point out my character. Judge asks her to tell it clearly. Mithai says when the poison situation took place before that night I was with Sid.
Everyone gets shocked by her confession. Judge orders them to be silent. Lawyer asks until when he is with her. Mithai says they are in the Surya plaza hotel that night from 11 to next day at 10. Shubham says it’s a lie. Apeksha says how’s this possible. Lawyer submit the hotel bill. It’s shown how the owner of the hotel helped Dadaji. Lawyer says she can leave.
Public prosecutor says he wants to question Mithai. Judge asks him to continue. Lawyer asks from when they had affair. Mithai says she doesn’t want to tell him about it. Judge asks him to question about the night itself. Mithai asks can she leave. Judge tells she has to stay in court until the hearing gets completed.
Sid’s lawyer says another proof is Kishore is not an employee of H and M sweets. She submits the proof and calls a worker who is working in harimohan sweets for ages. He confesses that Sid didn’t arrive that day for the workshop for Harimohan. Judge calls Mithai and asks do you stand by your statement?
Mithai says, without thinking I don’t do anything. Judge asks is there any special relationship between you and Sid? Everyone is in shock. Mithai says they are in love. Chobey discusses Mithai is lying badly. Sid says Mithai is lying. Mithai says he is shy and signs Sid to not talk. Judge asks if she is ready to prove it. Mithai says she can. Public prosecutor says Mithai is lying and he can prove it.
Apeksha thinks about why Sid is not saying anything. Judge asks him to proceed. The public prosecutor asks about her confession in police station. Mithai says she lied in police station to save her love and yesterday I don’t have the strength to reveal this matter. Sid says she is lying. Mithai says he is trying to stop me, it’s not sin but our love.
Public prosecutor says he wants to test their love. He gives them papers and asks them to write answers to his questions. Lawyer asks them to write what’s the dream of their partner and birth date and their favorite sweet. Mithai says she can write it in a minute. Everyone looks on. Sid and Mithai wrote their answers. Chobey’s discuss they will fail in the test. Lawyer collects the papers and checks their answers.
