Episode starts with Sai and Virat carrying their child and gets emotional. Whereas, Sai gets Pakhi inside her room after treating her. Meanwhile, Sai and Virat discuss about the baby and names him “Vinayak”. Pakhi gets conscious and hears their conversation, while they moves out of her room to give her some time to rest. Pakhi gets up from her bed and follows them, while Virat sees her wincing in pain and becomes concerned. He ask her to rest inside her room, but she insists to sit in the hall along with them. Sai agrees to fulfill her wish and Virat helps Pakhi to settle on the sofa.

Here, Virat apologises to Pakhi for causing her so much of pain. He feels sorry for making her deliver the baby in the house itself, instead of the hospital. But, Pakhi stops him and tells that she is grateful for him to help her in the critical situation. She showers her gratitude towards him and says that she doesn’t want to change the moment for anything.

Sai holds the baby and then gives it to Pakhi while she gets emotional seeing the boy. She caresses it, while Sai shows thanks Pakhi for making her a mother. Pakhi gets surprised seeing Sai’s behaviour, while Virat also comes forward to thank Pakhi. He genuinely shows his gratitude towards her for making him a father and competing his life.

Elsewhere, Chavans comes there and rushes to meet the baby. They becomes emotional as well as elated to see the baby boy and takes it in their arms one by one. They congratulates Sai and Virat for becoming parents. Sonali congratulates Ashwini and Ninad also for becoming grandparents and they all adores the baby.

Bhavani comes forward and Ashwini gives the baby to her. The latter gets teary eyes and goes towards the photoframe of her husband. She shows the baby to him and talks about the joy in their family. She then decides to take away the evil eyes from the baby, while Ashwini notices Pakhi smiling towards them from aside.

Ahead, Ashwini rushes towards Pakhi and kisses her forehead. She thanks the latter for bringing the baby into the world. Everyone showers love towards Pakhi while she gets elated as well as emotional. Mansi looks after Pakhi, while Ashwini apologises to her for their conflict. The latter ask Ashwini to bless her instead of asking sorry.

Virat and Sai gets inside their room and talks with the baby. At that time Virat takes the baby towards Sai’s father’s photoframe and becomes emotional. He cries and says that he misses him. He notify him about all the problems and happiness he faces along with Sai and declares that they have come across a long way.

Further, Sai hurts her foot and Virat treats her. Whereas, they goes to check on Pakhi and handovers the baby to her stating that the newborn needs the warmth of the mother. Pakhi feeds the baby, while Sai sits along with Pakhi and talks about clearing their misunderstandings. She insists to initiate a new beginning for them, but Pakhi looks at her furiously. At that time Ashwini comes there and Pakhi suddenly changes her expression.

Precap:- Sai accuses Pakhi for being her surrogate illegally and gets her arrested. She also declares that the latter tried to steal her baby and ask the police officers to put Pakhi inside the jail. The Chavans gets shocked by her decision while the police takes Pakhi away from the house. Virat takes a stand for Pakhi and tries to stop Sai. He insists her to take back the complaint, but she gives a warning to him as well as others and ask them not to save Pakhi. She threatens that if anyone comes try to help Pakhi then she will take strict actions against them also.
