Meet 24th August 2022 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Meet Ahlawat saying that he wants to end the awkwardness between his wife and him by performing the rituals. He will celebrate his happiness so he arranged all these. He calls the dhol players inside the mansion and Babita asks him has he gone mad or what? His father is still in the hospital, he lost his baby but he shamelessly wants to dance in this situation?
Meet Ahlawat says he is tired of shedding tears all the time, he wants to be happy now. He starts dancing and forces the other members to dance with him. Meet thinks she very well he wants to hurt her by doing all this but she is also stubborn enough to handle him. Barfi takes Neelam to room to make her ready for the rituals. Neelam comes after getting ready and sits with Meet Ahlawat. He thinks he will mentally torture Meet to such extent that she will sign the divorce papers automatically. She will feel that he has no feelings for her. He says Meet should attend the function as she is specially invited to witness that she doesn’t even exist in his life anymore.
Meet says she won’t leave and she also tore the divorce papers so his second marriage makes no sense to anyone. He replies one piece of paper can’t separate two people or unite them. He accepted Neelam willfully and he really wants to spend his life with her and will make her happy always. Meet gets heartbroken hearing all that. Meet says she will help him perform the rituals with Neelam. She brings a plate filled with flour and asks him to write his wife’s name with his finger as it’s a ritual. Meet Ahlawat thinks he doesn’t even know her name so what will he write?
Meet tells him to go ahead, he should not say that he has no idea what’s his wife’s name. She draws a heart sign on it and Meet Ahlawat writes Jaan on the plate. He says Neelam is his Jaan who gave him new hopes to start afresh unlike Meet. Neelam feels he is doing all these to show off in front of Meet. Later Meet brings the pot filled with milk and asks him and Neelam to find the ring inside it. Sunaina tells Tej that this seems like a worst dream to them. Neelam notices that Meet Ahlawat is not even trying to find the ring. She thinks he is doing it just hurt Meet. He thinks Meet is trying to be smart but he will not lose that easily.
Meet makes the task difficult by adding more petals in the milk, she takes out the ring without Meet Ahlawat’s knowledge and he lies that he got the ring. Meet asks him to show it to everyone. Barfi gets happy. Meet shows the ring to everyone saying how would he find it as its picked by her already. Meet Ahlawat holds Neelam’s hand saying he already got her hand and he wants nothing more. He can gift many rings to his wife so this one Meet can keep near her. Meet controls her tears. He adds finally he is being comfortable with his wife by performing the rituals together.
Masoom comes back home and gets to know Manushi got arrested and she wonders what might be the reason. She gets angry as her business is suffering a loss and video shoot has been stopped too. She looks at the decorations and goes inside the mansion. She asks Ahlawats and his brother whats going on and who is this girl standing? She notices their angry faces and asks why are they looking at her like that? She goes to Meet Ahlawat and he gives her a tight slap which shocks her.
