The episode starts with Nehmat hearing Tejo and Fateh’s laugh and asking Mallika to hide. Mallika obliges. Nehmat pretends to sleep when Fateh and Tejo enter the room. Fateh says some poetic lines catching her acting. Nehmat completes those lines. Nehmat and Fateh wish Nehmat on her birthday. She gets excited to see noodles. They feed noodles to her. Fateh and Tejo leave. Mallika comes out of the hiding. She asks her Nehmat if Hitler mommy can also get emotional. Nehmat says that her parents love her lot, but her mom becomes hitler when she disobeys her.

Nehmat returns from school. Tejo notices that Nehmat hides her hands in her pocket. She asks Nehmat to show her hands. Nehmat obliges. Tejo gets worried finding scratches on her hand and questions her what happened. She tends her wounds. Nehmat says that she fought with a boy who was fighting with Mallika. Tejo asks why they didn’t complain to the principal. Nehmat says that they did, but they only warned him. Tejo says that she will talk in her school. Tejo panics and starts to question when Nehmat uses slang words. She asks who taught her these words. Fateh calls out to Nehmat. Nehmat leaves.

Fateh wants to gift Nehmat a book which is about talks about adoption of a child in order to prepare Nehmat before telling her that they’re her adopted parents. Fateh says that Nehmat should know this truth. But Tejo doesn’t agree with him. Tejo doesn’t want that Nehmat learns that her dad is a criminal and reminds Fateh they have agreed to this year’s before. Fateh says that they won’t tell about him to Nehmat, but they will tell about Jasmine and Amrik as their family also belives that Nehmat is their daughter. Tejo says that it’s also a lie. However Fateh wants Nehmat knows the truth. He states that Nehmat is very smart and nothing can be hidden from her.

Sandhus arrive at Nehmat’s birthday party. Nehmat gets elated to see Rupy and Satti. Tejo sees Nehmat opening a hand bag. She misunderstands that she’s stealing something. She takes her apart and questions Nehmat if she is stealing. Nehmat denies it and starts crying asking how she can think that she can steal. She says that this is Satti’s bag and she asked her to open it. Satti comes there and confirms what Nehmat says. Tejo feels guilty and apologizes to Nehmat. Later Fateh assures a crying Tejo that even though Nehmat’s father is a criminal, Nehmat can’t be like him. He says that Nehmat’s world is them and assures her that she inherits her character from them.

Tejo and Nehmat dance. Later Fateh joins them. Rupy keeps getting a call. He doesn’t answer it. He sees Tejo happy and wishes her to be always happy. Rupy again receives call. He wonders who is calling him again and again. He goes apart to attend it. A lady from a NGO who rescues women from Canada says that Jasmine and her daughter are in their NGO and she gave her this number. After lot of efforts they brought them to India. She asks Rupy to come there. Rupy gets astonished hearing this.

Nehmat makes a wish and cuts the cake. Later Tejo overhears Nehmat and Mallika’s conversation. Mallika asks Nehmat what wish she made. Nehmat says that she asked to God for a sister. Mallika says that parents decide this. Nehmat says that any wish made with pure heart gets fulfilled. She prays to God to give her a sister. Rupy also hears this and recalls the NGO lady’s words. Tejo shares with Fateh that Nehmat asked for a sister as birthday wish. She says that she remembered Jasmine seeing Nehmat and Mallika. Fateh asks if Tejo is missing Jasmine. Tejo denies it. She says that she’s happy that Jasmine isn’t in her and Nehmat’s life. Meanwhile Rupy meets Jasmine in the NGO.

The episode ends.

Precap: Rupy says that Jasmine isn’t his daughter. Tejo says to Fateh that they should tell that Jasmine wasn’t pregnant and Nehmat isn’t her daughter. Jasmine introduces Naaz to Rupy as his granddaughter. Naaz asks Rupy if he’s her grandfather.
