The episode starts with Kanha welcoming Rashmi’s family home. Saroj stops them to take aarti of their daughter in law. She says Rashmi that until yesterday it’s different but from today she’s giving her the place of the daughter in law of the house. Sayuri recalls Saroj’s behaviour when she first entered while she takes aarti. They all enter when Saroj says she’s happy Rashmi wire saree. She makes her wear the dupatta on her head and she lights up the lamp. Rashmi calls her aunty but Saroj instructs her to call her Maa. Kanha looks at Sayuri but she says that she’s happy for her sister.

Saroj says that from the past few years they didn’t have a smooth relationship and she wants to make it up for everyone. She suggests to do the wedding as soon as possible. She says that she can understand her thoughts and says Rashmi will study after marriage. She suggests to do the marriage in the next nearest date. Indrani is worried but Kanha suggests to ask Indrani’s opinion too. She pretends like asking Indrani’s opinion and she agrees. Sayuri feels something wrong with Saroj’s tone.

Indrani also shares her doubts with Sayuri but Sayuri convinces her. She’s also having the same worry. Kusum says Saroj that she’s happy with the marriage but asks why is she not showing even half of that love to Sayuri. Saroj answers thee she’s tolerating Sayuri for Kanha and that’s the most. She accidentally confesses her plan to turn her sister against Sayuri. Kusum gets shocked hearing it.

Nakul sends Janmashtami pictures to Saroj who looks at the sisters picture in vengeance. She decides to separate them. Kusum and Sayuri have an inner turmoil whether they should confess the truth to the other person but they hid it for each other’s happiness. Indrani and Dadi were calculating the expenses but finds that they didn’t have much. Kanha comes there and assures them that they have him and Sayuri with them and asks them not to worry. He asks them to keep the expenses to minimum and they could make it happen.

Nakul cares about Sayuri’s feelings over Saroj’s love for Rashmi but Sayuri assures him she’s fine and is happy for them. Dhanraj and Dadaji tried convincing an old client to continue business but they were not ready to go against Anjali’s father and leaves. They gets worried when Kanha comes there. He blames himself for it but Dhanraj assures that they would find a way.

Precap : Saroj will ask Rashmi to select any jewel of her choice and will take expensive one. Sayuri will suggest to take simple one as its just engagement and not marriage. Saroj will provoke Rashmi against Sayuri.

The episode starts with Sayuri finding Kanha tensed with business. He shares with her about issues with business and elders hiding about it. Sayuri says they would’ve thought to keep it from them considering situations. Kanha also understand her. Kusum happily comes with Shagun plate and invites Rashmi and family home.

She says that her mother decided to do engagement of Nakul and Rashmi today. They gets surprised and couldn’t speak anything. Kusum say that they would’ve thought of their studies and asks them to have all the discussion at home. She takes her leave and before leaving she takes her and Sayuri’s favourite Teddy bear with her. Indrani says Nani that they have no option but to believe everything and Nani agrees with her.

Sayuri and Kanha bicker when Saroj comes there. She is about fo go back seeing them having fun but Kanha asks what’s the issue. Saroj says about planning Nakul and Rashmi’s engagement and Kanha gets excited. He asks if Nakul knows about it and she says not yet. He leaves to inform her. Kusum comes there and shows Sayuri their favourite teddy. Sayuri also gets happy seeing it while Kusum leaves to get ready.
