The episode starts with Yohan feeding sweet to Sejal but Shalini stops him. She says first they need to play a game which has prepared. Sejal tells they should play since Shalini has put in efforts. Mahira acts nice and says the same. Shalini brings a big bowl with milk and says she will drop both pink and blue stones in it. Both Sejal and Yohan should pick up stones and if blue are more its gonna be a boy while more pink means its a girl.
Ahana says no matter boy or girl baby should be healthy. Then she says to feed sweets. Yohan makes Sejal eat the laddoo which was poisoned by Ahana. Yohan goes aside to receive a call. Sejal starts feeling uncomfortable and asks Ahana for water but she doesn’t give. Mrinal and Saras come there and are surprised seeing Sejal. Mrinal asks Sejal why is looking at them like strangers. Yohan tells that Sejal has lost her memory and doesn’t remember anything related to her past life. Arun asks them how did they know about Sejal being here.
Mrinal says that she had got call from a guy who told about Sejal being at Nanda Mansion. Its shown it was Yohan who had informed them through someone else. Sejal starts spitting blood and falls unconscious. Mrinal calls Nandas a curse and shouts at them for always putting her daughter’s life in trouble. Yohan is shocked and carries Sejal to hospital. He tells doctor about her falling unconscious suddenly and also bleeding. Doctor tells that it might be a risky situation and asks her to be taken to emergency ward. Veera understands all this is done by Ahana.
Veera scolds Ahana for attacking Yohan’s baby and tells if baby dies it will bring Sejal and Yohan closer. Veera asks Ahana to leave Nanda mansion. Ahana instead threatens Veera to expose all her wrongdoings like kiling Aarti, planning against Sejal and being a terrorist. She tells she will surely marry Yohan and asks Veera to give her blessings. Veera feels frustrated. At hospital, Yohan asks nurse about Sejal’s condition. She says there was too much blood loss and the pressure is also dropping. Yohan feels heartbroken. Mrinal asks Yohan why is her daughter’s life always in danger when she is near him.
While Mrinal keeps blaming Yohan for Sejal’s situation, Saras also questions him why he didn’t inform them about Sejal and kept parents away from their daughter. Arun comes and says they didn’t want to give any mental pressure on Sejal by bringing back anything related to past. He says she is carrying their vaarish and they have taken utmost care of her. Yohan sees Sejal’s condition deteriorating and evryone everyone rushes inside. Doctor asks nurse to arrange for blood and Arun says to save the child at any cost. The episode ends with Yohan says both child and mother should be saved but first priority should be Sejal.
