Episode begins with Vidhi giving presentation about how 1 crore is going waste from each office so total 30 crore is wasted. Dev claps and praises how she didn’t only mentioned about the problem but also the solution. Dev says it’s simple but so effective. Dev asks everyone to look for implementing the solution. Vidhi thanks her. Dev goes smiling. Yogesh and Kanika ask Amba to help them. Amba is shocked and taunts them that now they want her help. Yogesh says everything is changing with this girl Vidhi joining us, we are seeing a different side of Dev, do you know now all approval has to go through Vidhi? Amba thinks using these two I can reach to Dev’s heart, it’s perfect.
Vidhi gets a call from Chachi asking Vidhi to make Golden also get a job. Vidhi says Golden has to submit her CV in the office and give interviews, I can help her in CV part and preparations but she will have to get a job from her calibre. Chachi gets angry and says you are some topper or what, you also got the job. Vidhi says I am in office right now, I will talk to you later. Vidhi cuts the call. Dev comes and asks Vidhi about the status on Pratap uncle. Vidhi says it’s personal thing so should I tell or not? Dev smiles and says tell me. Vidhi says I have talked and you can meet Pratap uncle. Dev smiles and thanks her.
Vidhi says as we are talking about personal thing, can I ask you something? Dev says yes tell me. Vidhi says my mother wanted to meet you just for 5 minutes, I told her not in the office but she comes nearby at 5pm. Dev says today at 5pm done. Vidhi smiles and informs Bimla. Bimla gets happy and informs her boss for leaving early.
Later, Amba comes to Vidhi with a maintenance work proposal for the office. Vidhi asks her to sit and gets worried. Vidhi remembers how Dev told her about not approving finance for proposals just because it is coming from some higher position people. In present, Vidhi sees the proposals and sees around office.
Amba asks her what’s the matter? Vidhi says there is no issue. Amba says are you sure? My proposal can be faulty check properly. Vidhi says I mean I am seeing the office as well equipped and in good shape so why maintenance? We do repair of anything when it’s broken but office is looking good. Amba gets angry and says how dare you? Just because something is looking good it doesn’t needs a change? People do get bored and they would like the change.
Amba gathers everyone’s attention who are sitting there and says you all are looking fabulous so you all will wear the same clothes everyday as office has AC and your outfits won’t get ruined so wear this only and yes, whatever kind of home you stay in you shouldn’t think to improve it or make it better as Vidhi feels if a place is well equipped we don’t need to change or upgrade it. Ananya comes to Vidhi and asks her to take a re look into Amba’s proposal maybe she will be able to re asses it better. Vidhi agrees and tells Amba that she will re look into the proposal. Amba says you better and goes angrily.
Later, Vidhi and Dev wait for Bimla in Balghar. Dev finds Vidhi worried so he asks her what’s the tension all about? Vidhi says nothing, I am just tensed as mom has not reached yet. Vidhi stumbles so Dev says you shouldn’t lie if you are not good at it, it’s okay if you don’t want to share. Vidhi says no it’s not like that. Bimla comes and greets Dev. She apologies for being late. Dev says not an issue. Bimla asks Vidhi to go and play with the kids. She goes. Bimla says I know you must be thinking what work I can have from you, actually I wanted to thank you, for giving Vidhi a job, she was made fun of always by everyone, me and my husband, we were worried for her all the time.
Dev says you should be thankful for your parenthood and teachings you have taught to Vidhi that has shaped Vidhi really well. Bimla says I don’t know how much of that is true. Dev says teachings are taught when a child sees their parents and I can see you and Hariprasad so down to earth and humble, that day Hariprasad didn’t even take money from me. Bimla thanks him. Vidhi comes there so they take a leave. Vidhi asks if everything is okay? Bimla says yes.
Here, Dev comes home and tells Sathyavathi about how he can meet Karan Pratap. Sathyavathi says great. She gives Dev a letter which his father wrote to Pratap in his last few days. Sathyavathi says this can be useful. Dev says Pratap and dad were friends I think this will be the best gift for him. Just then, Priya comes and says what about my rights in this family? I just have one and only daughter in this family and as far as I know the legacy passes to the children right? So according to that the business should go to her? Dev is silent. Sathyavathi asks Dev to freshen up as he must be tired and hungry. Dev goes.
Sathyavathi says Priya even if you ask me hundred times, my decision won’t change, no girls of Raichand family go out to work. Priya says then what about my daughter? Sathyavathi says try for another child and I hope it’s a boy. Priya says what if it’s a girl? You want to make me a child making machine? Wow. Here, Vidhi prays to god to help fight this issue. Vidhi then sees her dad come so Vidhi panics and gets emotional. Vidhi says dad, I did something and I want to tell you or else I will be in guilt.
Bimla looks at them from far. Hariprasad says tell me what’s the matter? Vidhi says that day you threw the gift with anger but later mom gave it to me to keep in office till the time you cool off. That gift was open so my boss Dev sir saw it and said that he wants to meet Pratap uncle and he has been trying to get in touch with him from very long so I told him yes. Vidhi says can I make him meet Pratap uncle? Hariprasad gets thinking.

Precap – Seema informs Vidhi that she passed and is now a graduate. Vidhi informs about this to Dev and says you said that if I keep party for my result you will try to come so this sunday I will be keeping a party. Dev says I promise that I will be there. Vidhi gets happy.
The episode starts with Vidhi share with Neelu that she want to talk with Pratap uncle. Neelu gives phone to her husband. Vidhi tells him that her boss wants to meet him. He inquired her who is her boss? She mentions Dev name to him. He understands he is his friend’s son. She thank him. Later, Hariprasad reminds how did his boss insulted him for not having computer knowledge. Hariprasad asks Vidhi to help him learn how to use the computer? Vidhi assures him. She teaches him how to use it. Bimla tells them that she will bring tea for them. Urmila comes there and creates a scene there for not let Dev donate money for Jagratha. Vidhi gives a fitting reply to her.
Dev shares to Sathyavathi that he never thought he will learn about his dad’s close friend. He tells her that he appointed Vidhi as permanant staff. Sathyavathi tells him that she too met one old friend. She reminds how did Amba shares to her about Dev. How did he helped her family when they were passing a tough time. Dev tells her that he doesn’t know what to gift him? Sathyavathi tells him that she have something to give him. Dev asks her to share it with him. She asks him to stop getting excited even she has surprises with her. She says to him that she saw happiness in his face today. Usually she talk with him and Dev listen to her. But today he is talking and she is listening to him. Dev have a good talk with her.
Later Vidhi reaches to conference room. She doesn’t know how to use the projector. Ananya comes there to help Vidhi. She tells her that she will help her to do her presentation well. She asks Sangeetha to give coffee to them. Kanika comes there and inquires them are they here to do presentation or coffe break? She demands Ananya to start the presentation. Vidhi gets nervous seeing her. Kanika warns Ananya that she will be fired if Vidhi didn’t present it well. She gives time to Vidhi. Vidhi gets nervous and doesn’t performed well. Kanika lashes out at Ananya for wasting her time and leave. Ananya asks Vidhi to follow what’s she saying. She adds that she might present the last three points first reasoning it’s nice one. Later Bimla tells Hariprasad that she wants to meet Dev sir. He shares to her what should she talk with him.
