The episode starts with Rajeev sharing with Neeti that he is gonna share something important with her. It may disappoint her. He shares with her that he loves her a lot. Neeti asks him to share what’s on his mind. Rajeev clears with her that he is not mistake here. She could understand that he only loved her. He tries to reveal the truth to her. Parineet reaches there on time. Neeti adds that it’s a surprising day because both of them were presented in front of her. Parineet thinks that Neeti is happy. It seems Rajeev hasn’t revealed anything to her. Neeti tells her that Rajeev was sharing Barnala story with her. Parineet asks her to stop getting stressed. Neeti teased Rajeev there. Neeti says to her that he may be engaged with someone else but not married yet, right? She is damn sure that Sanju won’t love anyone other than her. The Nurse comes there and tells them that the time is up. She wants to change her dress. Parineet excuses her for meeting the Doctor.

Rajeev questions Parineet. Why is she there? What’s the need to stop him revealing the truth to Neeti? Parineet shares with him that he shouldn’t reveal any truth to her. Rajeev says to her that he loves Neeti, so he won’t hide anything from her. Parineet tells him if he really loves her, then hides the truth from her to save her life. She adds that if he really loves her, then he will understand her pain. Rajeev asks her who she is to decide what he should do next. Parineet tells him that she is her friend and Sister. She wouldn’t let him harm Neeti at all. A nurse comes there and asks them to stop making noise. Their sounds disturb the patients. Meanwhile, Chandrika and Amith reach the hospital and go to meet Neeti. Chandrika shares with Amith that she is worried about Parineet. What will she do next in her life?

Parineet shares with Rajeev that she can’t be able to see Neeti in sorrow. Rajeev tells her that he has done sin to her. He is sorry for his deeds towards her. He shouldn’t be able to do anything like that. He asks her why she is stopping him from revealing the truth. He has already made many mistakes. He wants to correct it now. Parineet asks him to stop there. He might hide the truth for his baby’s sake. He asks her what she is saying? Parineet tells him that Neeti is expecting a baby. Rajeev gets excited when hearing it. He shares his happiness with her. Parineet assured him that she would leave his life. He will be able to start a new life with Neeti and her baby. She won’t come between them. Neeti doubts that something is wrong. They are hiding something from her. Neeti goes out searching for them. Meanwhile, Rajeev says to Parineet that he won’t start a new life with lies. Parineet tells him that he ruined three people’s lives with his lies. Why doesn’t he save three people’s lives with his lies? It’s a matter of his baby and Neeti’s happiness. Rajeev is adamant about revealing the truth to her. Parineet shares with him that she had already convinced Tai ji and his family members to accept Neeti as their daughter-in-law. He doesn’t have any problems with starting a life with her. Rajeev is surprised to hear that.

Neeti enters into the strangers’ room while searching for Sanju. She apologized to them.Rajeev asks Parineet. Is she making fun of him? Parineet assured him that she had already convinced his family members to accept Neeti as her daughter-in-law. She is not mad to make fun of him in a serious time. If he doesn’t trust her, then he will be able to ask his family members about it. Rajeev tells her that he thought she was lying to him to stop him revealing the truth to her. Rajeev thanked her for helping him. Parineet tells him that she is not doing it to impress him. But she is doing it for her friend and her unborn baby. Don’t misunderstand that she is doing it for him. Rajeev shares with her that he is going to start a new life with Neeti. He gets his family members’ blessing. He thanked Parineet for it. He asks her to forgive him. Parineet pushes him when he touches her. Neeti comes there and helps him to get up.

Neeti asks Parineet what’s going on here? Rajeev lies to her that he slipped. It’s not Parineet’s mistake. Neeti asks them. Don’t they understand her as a fool? Rajeev lies to her that the doctor said to him that her reports did not come out well. He wishes to reveal it to her but Parineet stopped him. Neeti says to them it’s just a simple matter. What’s the need to hide this from her? Neeti adds that she is lucky to have a caring friend like Neeti in her life. Parineet takes her from there. Rajeev thanked God for the happy news.
