The episode starts with Rajeev feeling on cloud nine after learning about Neeti’s pregnancy. Rajeev shares his happiness with Amith. He learnt from Parineet that everyone accepted Neeti as their daughter-in-law. He tells Chandrika that he is able to understand that she is not happy with this news. Chandrika says to him that Parineet has done many things for him. She sacrificed this much for Rajeev and his family members sacrificed, but he doesn’t care about her. He is using her for his selfishness. Rajeev says to her that he is able to understand that she loves Parineet a lot. Rajeev asks her to celebrate this happy news with sweets. Chandrika questions Amith. Would he react the same if something happened to Simi like that? Amith consoles her.
Neeti worries about recent incidents. She inquires Parineet what’s the matter? Doesn’t he argue with Sanju? Don’t hide anything from her. Parineet manages to lie with her. She diverts her from that topic. Neeti inquires her about Rajeev. She complaints that he may be cheating on her with someone else. Parineet tells her what if that girl isn’t aware of this truth? She nodded to her. Parineet shares with Neeti that she fulfilled her promise to her. She talked with Sanju’s family members. They are ready to accept Neeti as their daughter-in-law. Gurinder is not happy with the news and tells him that everything is not over yet. When Parineet returns home, her family members would take her home from her. Rajeev asks her to let it go. Gurinder is adamant about her decision. Rajeev cuts the call in disappointment. Parineet asks Neeti to take a rest and lies to her that family members are waiting for her. Parineet thinks that she is lying to her. She doesn’t have any relationship with them anymore. Rajeev comes there with a sweet box. Parineet gives space to them to talk. Rajeev tells her that she hadn’t told him about him about the good news. Neeti tells him that she wishes to inform her. He asks her to take the sweets. Neeti demanded him to give the sweets to Parineet, reasoning she solved all those problems. Her baby will get all her relatives. She demands him to feed sweets to Parineet. Neeti teases Parineet for getting shy in front of him. She adds that they were arguing with each other outside. They look like husband and wife there. Parineet excuses them and leaves.
Rajeev feels guilty hearing it. Neeti shares her happiness with him. She is excited about meeting her family members. Parineet breaks out in tears. Chandrika consoles her. Parineet shares her grief with her. Chandrika blames Rajeev for betraying her. Parineet tells her that Rajeev loves Neeti. He will only love her. She doesn’t know where she will go after this. She is ready to give her life to Neeti, but today she is giving her husband to her. Why is it her friend turned out to be her sautan? What did she do wrong? Parineet tells her that he is with her. Later, Neeti is adamant not to take medicine. She complaints that this medicine ruined her taste buds. Rajeev convinces her to eat it. He pretended to be angry with her. Neeti asked to take medicine. She pretended to be faint and kissed him. Rajeev gets impressed by her apology and tries to be romantic with her. Amith comes there and greets her. He informs her that they are going home. Rajeev asks him to take Parineet with him. Neeti asks him why should Parineet accompany them to his house?
