The episode starts with Prachi waiting for Shahana outside the house. Ranbir comes there with the car and tells Prachi that his offer is still on and tells her that he wants to meet Sarita Ji with them. Prachi refuses to take him. Shahana sees them and tries to run inside. Ranbir calls Shahana. Shahana asks him to not involve her in their fights. Rhea comes there and sits in Ranbir’s car and asks him to drop her saying she has some important work. Prachi asks him to drop Rhea. Ranbir asks her to take another car. Rhea says only this car is left so take me as my work is urgent. Ranbir feels helpless and takes Rhea with him.
Prachi and Shahana decide to go to the massage center to know if Rhea is going for a massage or not. They hire a taxi. Prachi and Rhea ask the driver to drive fast. Prachi and Shahana see Alia’s car at the signal point. They hide from her. Goon informs Alia that they arranged a special room for the meeting. Alia says they are coming and asks them to not hurt Mihika. Blindfolded Sid request Alia to not harm Mihika as he just wants to see her. Alia warns him to hide. Prachi asks the driver to follow Alia’s car.
On the way, Rhea tells Ranbir that the universe is trying to unite them. Rhea says without Prachi you may love me. Ranbir says you can’t be my love and you’re just the mistake of my life. Rhea gets shocked. She says Prachi is your mistake and why can’t you understand that she created problems for us and don’t forget that Prachi is getting married to Sid. Ranbir stops the car. He tells her he always loves Prachi even if she gets married. Rhea says you’re the real problem and why you contradict your words with your actions. Ranbir calls a taxi and asks Rhea to leave home in it. He leaves. Rhea sends Taxi then she calls Alia and asks her to pick up her on road no 50 as Ranbir left me on road. Alia says Ranbir may fight with you in Prachi’s matter. Rhea agrees. Alia assures her that she is coming. She tells Sid that she will make him Mihika tomorrow. Sid says he wants to meet his sister now itself. Alia throws him out and leaves in her car. Prachi and Shahana run to Sid. They unties his blindfolds and ask him what happened. Sid explains how Alia left him on the road for Rhea. Sid says Alia changed the plan at the last minute. Prachi says Ranbir ruined everything. Sid feels pain in his leg. They decide to take him to the near clinic.
Alia spots Rhea. She asks Rhea what happened. Rhea says Ranbir’s feelings are getting stronger for Prachi. Alia says she will talk. Rhea says no need as my fate is bad and I thought I will get him through my fake pregnancy but it didn’t happen. Alia says you’re not showing any symptoms that you’re pregnant otherwise they will run behind you. Rhea asks if it happens. Alia assures her saying it will happen. She asks her to sit in the car to meet the doctor to arrange fame baby bump for her. Rhea sits in the car and praises Alia’s idea.
Rhea and Alia reach the hospital and ask for Dr Madhurima the gynecologist. The receptionist asks them if they have an appointment. Alia says to the receptionist to tell the doctor that Rhea Ranbir Kohli’s wife is here. Prachi comes with Sid to the same hospital. Prachi asks the receptionist for the doctor. The receptionist says she has to check whether the doctor is here or not.
Rhea comes to meet Dr. Madhurima. Dr. Madhurima says to Rhea she has to close the door. Dr. Madhurima closes the door. Rhea and Dr. Madhurima talk about her fake pregnancy. Dr Madhurima says to Rhea that she is taking advantage of her more than her ex boyfriend. Dr Madurima asks Rhea why is she here? Rhea says she is acting like she is pregnant but it also needs to look like she is pregnant. Dr Madhurima shows a fake belly to Rhea. Prachi accidentally comes into Dr Madhurima’s office looking for the doctor. Rhea gets worried.
