Episode begins with Nick and Sonali’s pheras. First few rounds Sonali is leading and then in a few remaining Nick leads. Nick then puts sindoor in Sonali’s forehead. Pallavi helps in that ritual as well as Nick watches her. Then, Nick puts mangalsutra around Sonali’s neck. Pallavi remembers her past conversation with Nick to always keep the respect of this mangalsutra for their relationship. The mangalsutra breaks when Nick is about to wear it. The guests talk about how god is not giving blessings to this couple. Dadi says god has already blessed it while pheras. The guests talk about the substitute of mangalsutra. Nandita suggests to use Pallavi’s old mangalsutra. Nandita goes to get and gives to Nick. Nick puts that mangalsutra around Sonali’s neck. Nandita congratulates Dadi but she is still disheartened. Nick and Sonali take blessing when Dadi gives them being disheartened. While Nani denies to bless them. Sonali says I want to take the blessing of Sonali and she bends to pinch the finger of Pallavi. Sonali thinks now I have what I want. Nick thinks why did you do this Pallavi?
Pallavi thinks I had to protect my family because the secret Sonali knew could break everything so I had to protect you from that. Later, Pallavi talks to the kids saying I know you all are upset from my decision but I couldn’t take the same pain again, I am always there for you as a mother but marriage would have been very difficult for me to handle. Pallavi gets emotional and turns around. Kids leave being disappointed.
Pallavi comes to her room and sees Sonali and Nandita. Nandita asks Pallavi to pack her luggage as this room is of Sonali now. Sonali says let it be now I have so much with me and as it is Pallavi will be leaving this house soon. Sonali then says I need your help. Sonali opens the cupboard and brings out two nighty for her first night. Sonali asks Pallavi for her opinion as she likes her liking. Nandita laughs and says you guys continue. Nandita leaves. Sonali then says I should wear your saree maybe and then from now on I will use all your bindis too as you don’t have anyone to get ready for now as you lost your husband. Sonali then asks Pallavi about what will Nick like to drink I don’t think badam milk, maybe he will like whisky. Pallavi says let me tell you what you are doing. Sonali says I love seeing you in pain. Pallavi shows Sonali the mirror and says look at yourself you will always be second whether it be school or someone’s life. Sonali says I am in good mood so I won’t react to all this. Sonali again asks about nighty options and says you have not wore this ever right? Pallavi says yes because I didn’t have to without this only Nick was drawn to me. Sonali gets angry and leave.
Later, Sonali is in a hotel room waiting for Nick. Here, Nandita takes nek from Nick for entering his room. Pallavi is inside the room near the door. Nick enters and she is about to fall when Nick catches her. Here, Sonali gets a knock and thinks it’s Nick but it’s Shanky. Sonali asks Shanky about Nick. Shanky says he was tired so he wanted me to take him out so I have come to take the keys. He spots the keys on table so he asks Sonali to bring it. Sonali gets angry but gives the keys.
Here, Nick asks Pallavi if she is happy. Nick says you got what you wanted, I married as per your choice. Pallavi says you did it by your choice. Nick says just because you asked me to, you had left me 18 years back and now also you did the same thing, you couldn’t take it that how someone can love you so much, you knew that I would do anything for you so used it to make me married to Sonali. Nick holds Pallavi and asks her to see him in the eyes and say if she really doesn’t love him. Pallavi is silent and then says no I don’t, I was living on my own for 18 years and handling everything was difficult so when you came I got support but then we just pretended as a couple for Dadi that’s it nothing more. Nick says it was good when I was in New York away from all this, I was angry as you didn’t take any effort to mend things between us. Nick says now you are happy? Pallavi looks around and gets emotional.

Precap – Pallavi tells the truth about her and Nick’s divorce to Dadi. Nick and Shanky go out to have drinks. Pallavi leaves the house giving Dadi the responsibility of her kids. Dadi gets emotional.
