Episode starts with Dua struggling to free herself and shouts for help. The goons ties her to a chair and ask to call her family. She cries while they tortures her. She recalls how her day started beautifully and worries about getting out of there. She remembers Haider and prays for her rescue. Meanwhile, she gets flashes of the earlier moments. In the morning Dua prays and gets excited for her special day. She wishes that Haider doesn’t give her something precious, orelse she will start crying. She then states that God has already blessed her with everything and she doesn’t wish for anything else in her life.
Here, Dua goes inside the kitchen and starts preparing foods for the family members. She makes tea for her mother in law Heena and then makes other tea for her father in law Raahat. She then makes coffee for her husband Haider and protein shake for her brother-in-law Ruhaan. She gets happy doing all the work for them.
Dua then goes inside Dadi’s room and sees her screaming in pain holding her legs. The latter reminds her about the exercise and advice given by physiotherapist. The latter proclaims that she won’t give the house keys to anyone, while Dua teases her. At that time Dadi sees the servant and shouts at her. Dua assures her that she will handle the servant.
Elsewhere, Dua laughs along with the servant and pretends to scold her, while Dadi gets happy. The maid goes away from there and shows her gratitude towards Dua for helping her. Meanwhile, Dua gets inside Heena’s room and sees her polishing her husband Raahat’s shoes, so that it won’t bite him. Dua gets emotional seeing his love for her father-in-law.
At that time Raahat’s second wife comes there and takes the shoes away from Heena. She taunts the latter while Dua was about to support Heena but the latter stops her. Ruhaan’s mother glares at Dua and leaves from there while Dua shows her sympathy and care towards Heena. She then expect the latter to wish her for the anniversary but she pretends to be unaware of it. Dua gets hurt and leaves from there.
Ahead, Dua goes towards Haider and gives his necessities. He then tells about his important meeting with the client while she gets upset that he forgot their anniversary. Heena scolds Haider for forgetting the anniversary while the latter says that he is waiting for the gift to wish his wife. Meanwhile, Dua gets inside Raahat’s room and gives him tea while Ruhaan’s mother lies about polishing his shoes but Dua taunts her and indirectly reveals about Heena doing it. The latter lashes out at Dua while Raahat stops her and then blesses Dua.
Ruhaan surprises Dua and wishes her for the marriage anniversary. She gets elated and shows her gratitude towards him. Meanwhile, she goes towards her room and packs the stuff for the customers. Whereas, Haider shows her gift while the latter gets emotional and says that she thought he forgot about their anniversary. Meanwhile, Raahat brings people to decorate the house to celebrate the anniversary but Haider lashes out at him.
Further, Haider reminds Raahat about his mistake of doing second marriage and leaving his mother. He tells about her pain and sufferings, while Dua tries to stop him. Dua assures Raahat that soon everything will be fine in between them. Whereas, Heena takes a stand against Ruhaan’s mother for Haider. Whereas, the latter proclaims that someone will come in between Dua and Ruhaan and will ruin their life. Meanwhile, Dua and Ruhaan goes to Dargah while Gazal dashes with their car while running away from someone. Haider and Gazal sees one another, while Dua gets injured.
