The episode starts with Pratha thinking anklets can’t reach to wrong hands. She thinks about why she feels something is wrong. That time she receives a chit that someone wants to meet her in the garden. She goes to the garden which is decorated. She sees Rishabh’s dead body on the floor. She cries for him. That time Rishabh comes there. Pratha gets shocked seeing him and tells him how she saw his dead body. He says it’s your illusion. She says someone is eyeing us. Mehek, Seema, and Urvashi see them. Rishabh says he arranged this dinner night for them. Pratha thinks hopes nothing wrong happens in Prathna’s marriage and Puja. Mehek tells Urvashi and Seema that she will attack Prathna before the 9 Naagmani power evokes in Prathna. Pratha notices them and hears their talk. Seema says to Mehek that she can’t defeat Prathna directly. Mehek says Prathna has to evoke the powers of Naagmani on full moon night and tomorrow is the full moon night and Prathna’s marriage and tomorrow I will kill all the family members and take germs from her. They leave from there. Pratha thinks she won’t let Mehek ruin her family and Prathna. Prathna gets a nightmare that Rudra dies because of a snake bite. Prathna goes to him. Rudra says it’s because of her power. Prathna wakes up in shock and thinks about why she got this kind of dream.
Rishabh asks decorators to decorate the venue beautifully for the marriage. Rajeev Dikshit meets Rishabh’s family and promotes his case. Pratha informs Rishabh that Mehek, Seema, and Urvashi are back. Pratha says Mehek wants to take 9 germs from Prathna with the power of anklets. Rishabh says your suspicion becomes true. Pratha says Prathna is not strong until she evokes the power of 9 Naagmanis. Rishabh says let Prathna performs the puja first and we have to save our daughter risking our lives. Pratha tells him she wants to die before him as she can’t live without him. He hugs her.
Prathna thinks about why mom sends her to puja first. Takshak comes there and asks Prathna to get ready for puja. Prathna says she doesn’t want any power and she just wants her love. Takshak says it’s your responsibility which you can’t escape. Prathna asks him to grant her wish that her husband live long. Takshak denies granting her wish. Prathna refuses to sit in the puja if he doesn’t grant her wish. Takshak grants her wish and says she doesn’t know what she asked. She says she knows. Takshak asks her to sit in the puja and says this puja has to complete without any interruption.
Rudra meets Pratha and asks her about Prathna. Pratha tells him about Prathna puja and asks him to leave home for some time and reveals to him about Mehek’s plan with Seema and Urvashi. He refuses to leave. He comes downstairs and sits in the mandap. The power goes off. Mehek, Urvashi, and Seema come there. Rishabh warns Mehek to leave. Mehek says she loves his daring nature. Siyali asks them to leave. Urvashi slaps her. Mehek says Groom is here and where is the bride? Guests leave from there. Mehek attacks Rishabh and Rudra. She goes to Prathana’s room where Pratha sits like Prathna. Mehek demands Prathna to give her 9 germs. Pratha refuses. Mehek takes the knife to take out Germs. She places the knife at her stomach and realizes she is Pratha. Mehek scolds her for wasting her time and leaves. On another side, Prathna evokes power of germs. Pratha stops Mehek from leaving the house. Mehek asks Urvashi and Seema to stop the puja which is happening in the house. Seema and Urvashi go to search all rooms. Rudra and Rishabh follow them. Seema searches all rooms then she recalls about the secret room.
Rudra aims a gun at her and warns her to stop. Urvashi backstabs him. They push him from upstairs. Rudra falls on Mandap. Mehek says next is the turn of Prathna. Pratha takes a Knife made of anklets which can take Shesh Naagin’s life too. Rishabh stops Seema and tells her that she can’t enter inside. Seema attacks him with a knife and enters the room. She sees Prathna is evoking her germs. Rishabh places the knife at Seema’s neck and takes her out. He warns her to leave. Seema says she will definitely stop the puja and stabs him with the sword. Pratha senses something is wrong. Seema pushes him down. Pratha leaves the knife seeing Rishabh’s state. She walks towards Rishabh. They recall their moments with each other. Mehek backstabs Pratha. Pratha collapses near Rishabh. They hold each other hand. Seema tells Anmol that puja is happening in the secret room where they held Shakti captive. Siyali and her brother try to stop Mehek. Mehek kills them and goes upstairs. Prathna evokes all germs and becomes Maha Shesh Naagin. Takshak announces puja is completed and leaves after blessing her.

Precap – Rishabh, Pratha, Rudra’s soul leave in front of Prathna’s eyes. Prathna thinks there is nothing for her to live and goes to the core of the earth which shocks Mehek and Seema.
