The episode starts with Poya and Nafi looking for the talisman. But they don’t find it. Nafi worries for Alifi and Ali seeks God’s help to find the gem. He notices a sign and calls Poya to see the mark of talisman on the ground. He says the gem got stuck under someone’s shoe probably and he left with the talisman. Ali recalls the shoe belongs to chacha who was running away. Ali says he knows where is the talisman. He leaves for that. There Alifi’s health condition deteriorates. Poya goes to chacha and the latter asks him why he looks dirty. Ali feels he may lose Alifi forever. He gets nervous. Chacha reveals he stepped on Alifi’s feet by mistake. Ali assumes that maybe the talisman is attached to Alifi’s clothes. He tells Poya to search for the locket in Alifi’s clothes. There Mariam and Khusro encounter the snake and try to save themselves from him. Simsim smirks saying everyone will die, noone will survive.
Ali says he checked everywhere but the talisman is nowhere to be found. There the doctor says if they don’t get the antidote on time then all who consumed the poisonous water, will start dying one by one. Ali feels helpless and says how would he save his people from this danger. He has no solution for now. Mariam and Khusro rush to enter the Jamad Khana. Fakri chases them at full speed. Mariam screams and tells the people to open the door fast. Zorawar’s father and some royal street people object saying they can’t open the door else the snake will kill them all. Ali’s supporters and friends argue with them. They push away the royal street people and open the door to let Mariam and Khusro come inside.
Mariam feels relieved and she asks Poya why he looks messy and why he applied powder on his body. Poya remains silent and Alifi, Nazia drink the antidote at last. Ali feels blessed that Mariam is with them. Mariam proved good will win over evil always. Kasim gets happy to see Alifi fine. He says Ali wont be mad at him now as his kids are safe. Zorawar’s father says but noone will live for long here. Fakri will soon kill them. Ali feels good that Kasim showed care for him. He decides to get back to his normal shape. Poya says but they have to fool Fakri at first. He says he will help Ali in this. There Mariam asks the doctor if he can make any antidote to defeat the snake. Khusro says they already took risk to bring the medicine now they can’t go out again.
Doctor reveals he can make the antidote but he needs one element thats lot of gold. Mariam says she will arrange that. She requests royal street people to provide them the gold they have. Zorawar’s father accuses them of snatching things from them. He says they should throw the poor people out so that the snake eats them and leaves satisfied. Mamuli Gully people want to loot them and Zorawar died because of them. Mariam gets shocked to hear that.
Precap- Ali and Poya are outside to find the gem and Fakri heads towards them to kill them. They get frightened.
