The episode starts with Mehek noticing Prathna received the power of 9 germs. She asks Prathna if she gets the power of 9 germs. Prathna sees her and says you’re Mehek right, mom told me you’re bad what are you doing with the knife, and why it has blood. She goes out and notices Pratha, and Rishabh are fighting for their life and Rudra is dead. Prathna says how can Rudra die even after she got a boon from Takshak. Urvashi says your marriage with Rudra is the fake one. Prathna cries badly recalling her moments with Rudra. Mehek asks Prathna to give her 9 germs to save her parents who are about to die. Pratha and Rishabh ask Prathna to protect the germs. Pratha asks Prathna to promise them.
Prathna hugs them and recalls her moments with them. Rishabh asks Prathna to not cry. Pratha and Rishabh leave their last breath on Prathna’s shoulder. Prathna holds Mehek’s neck and says she will kill her. Mehek says there is no point for you to live as I snatched everything that belongs to you. Prathna cries and falls unconscious. Urvashi asks Mehek to get germs from Prathna. Mehek takes the knife. Urvashi says she will get germs from Prathna. She tries to stab Prathna but Pratha wakes up suddenly. She holds the knife and burns Urvashi emitting fire. Urvashi and Mehek get shocked. Pratha makes Prathna gain consciousness with her power. Pratha asks Prathna to promise her that she will protect 9 germs.
Prathna promises her then Pratha collapses in her lap. Prathna cries. Seema says she is happy to see the death of Pratha. Prathna creates smoke and disappears from there. Rudra gains consciousness and runs upstairs. Seema and Mehek notice Prathna took her parent’s bodies. Seema asks her to find Prathna. Mehek follows Rudra and stabs him again. Prathna comes there. She cries seeing Rudra. Rudra leaves his last breath. Prathna takes Rudra’s body with her. She performs the last rites to Pratha, Rishabh, and Rudra. Mehek and Seema come there. Prathna tells Mehek that she won’t let her get powers and sacrifices her life and gets buried in the ground with all her powers. Mahek and Seema get shocked.
After 6 years, Mehek notices the change in the weather. She says this day is the day Prathna buried herself and the weather is indicating a new chapter and what’s it. Prathna comes out from the earth. She comes to Mehek’s place and kills her. Mehek wakes up from her nightmare. Vinay comes there and asks her if she is fine. She says she is fine. Vinay says he bought a beautiful gift for her. He presents her diamond necklace. She asks him to leave but he says his work is with his wife. Mehek with her power makes him leave.
The inner self of Mehek tells Mehek that she is old and she won’t get a place in hell too. Mehek says she won’t die. Her inner self says you’re already dead and you will disappear when these Anklets leave you and it will happen soon as they may break anytime. Mehek thinks she needs to find 9 germs to get her life. She goes with Seema and makes her workers dig the place where Prathna buried herself. Seema asks Mehek to not worry. Mehek says she needs to find germs to get her own life as Anklets may get broken anytime.
In the Orphanage, Gautham and the kids go to surprise Preethi on her birthday. They remove the bed sheet and get surprised to see pillows. Kids say Preethi surprised them. Preethi calls them downstairs if they want balloons. They go to her and take balloons and wish her happy birthday as this is the day she came to the house 6 years back. They make her cut Kachori cake. Preethi feeds them and goes aside in tears. Gautham asks her to not cry. Preethi says she is not crying. She says she is feeling too lucky to get them as she didn’t remember anything about her life. She says she may die if Om chachu didn’t save her. Gautham says Om Chachu gave life to many orphans. Kali says she still remember how Om saved Preethi from under the earth risking his life.
Preethi says he left giving me new life. Gautham says you didn’t remember your name so we named you Preethi. Preethi says she doesn’t remember her past but she won’t get them separated. Gautham says it’s tough as the owner who gave us this house is good but his kids are wanting it back and we didn’t even pay last 3 months. Preethi says she is trying to get a job but it’s not happening, I trust Shiv ji and he will show us a way. Kids hug her.

Precap – Takshak says very soon Prathna will meet her life partner. Prathna goes to Ahalwat’s house to talk with the owner to give their orphanage more time. Mehek sees Prathna at the party but doesn’t identify her because of the mask.
