The episode starts with Ram driving his car, wondering where Lovely could go. He arrives at Love café and wonders how he came here looking for Lovely. Ram asks Sara if Lovely came here, to which Sara says no. Ram worries about Lovely as she didn’t answer his call. Sara says that she will call him. She leaves for some work. Ram wonders why she felt that Lovely would be here. Just then, Lovely arrives there. Ram hugs Lovely, saying that they were successful in bringing Shubham to the right path. He says that they form the best team. Priya is happy that she doesn’t need to choose between Ram and Pihu as Nandini asked. They will both be in her life. Krish arrives and sees Ram and Priya hugging. He is about to leave, but his phone message ringtone alerts Ram and Priya. Ram feels embarrassed. He apologizes to Priya and takes his leave. Outside, Ram wonders who that man is and whether he is Lovely’s husband.
Priya says to Krish that Nandini threatened to spoil Pihu’s life and wonders how she can play with Pihu’s life when she’s not sure when Ram’s memory will come back. Ram realizes that he left his phone inside and goes inside to get it. Krish motivates Priya to fight and not give up. But Priya is scared of Pihu’s future being spoiled by Nandini. Krish assures Priya that she’s not alone in this battle and he is with her. He assures her to get Pihu enrolled in a school. He asks Priya not to give up on Ram. However, Priya refuses to spoil Pihu’s life and she’s ready to give up on Ram. She asks Krish to support him in her decision. Ram sees this and misunderstands. Krish is fighting with Priya as he saw them hugging.
Ram decides to help her as she helped him to get Shubham on the right path. He goes to them. Ram tries to clarify why they were hugging. Krish thinks of using this opportunity to prove Priya’s decision to give up on Ram is wrong. Krish refuses to believe Ram. Ram defends Priya and argues with Krish. He says that she raised Pihu, being a single mother without complaining. Priya understands that Krish wants to prove that Ram cares about her and Pihu. Krish says to Ram that he doesn’t want to hear him. Ram gives a kerchief to Priya and asks her to fight for herself and adds that he will always support her. Priya decides not to give up, but she says that she will choose Pihu if she has to choose between him and Pihu.
Priya finds Pihu crying and asks her what happened. Pihu narrates what Vedika told her and asks if she had to choose between her and Ram. Priya becomes furious at hearing this. Priya assures Pihu that she will get her dad back as soon he will remember his lost memory. Priya says to Meera that Vedika threatened Pihu while Meera threatened her and asked her to choose between Ram and Pihu’s studies. Pihu asks Priya to choose Ram as she doesn’t want to go away from her dad for studies. Meera asks Priya to get Pihu’s admission through Ram so that Nandini can’t do anything. Priya phones Ram.
Later, Priya confronts Nandini about making Pihu’s admission difficult. Priya says to Nandini that Ram started a trust in Nandini’s name to fund the schooling of the poor students, as Pihu told him that she couldn’t get school admission and, as he knows, Lovely won’t take his help, he created this trust and Pihu is the first kid to get his sponsorship. Nandhi is shocked to hear this. Priya warns Nandhini not to mess up with her and Pihu again.
Ram plans to gift Vedika a diamond necklace to get her forgiveness for ditching her. His friend asks about Pihu. Ram happily talks about Pihu.

Precap: Vedika hugs Ram confessing her love for him. Ram says I love you Priya and faints. Later, an unconscious Ram says I love you Priya. Vikrant happily says that Ram got his memory back.
