The episode starts with Doctor entering Ranbir’s ward. He asks Ranbir if everything is fine. Ranbir says nothing is ok and asks him to discharge him. The doctor says they can’t discharge him now. Ranbir asks him to keep Prachi away from him. Doctor asks if they fought. Rhea comes there. Ranbir says Prachi is not his wife. The doctor smiles and says he did the same with his wife when they fought but don’t call someone who comes here as your wife. Rhea says it’s the truth and I’m his wife. Prachi asks her to not start again. Ranbir asks Prachi what problem she has with his wife. He tells Rhea that he missed her and asks where is she. Rhea hugs him and says she didn’t get a chance to meet him. Prachi asks Doctor when they can discharge Ranbir. The doctor says tomorrow morning. Prachi says to Ranbir let’s meet in the morning and leaves. Ranbir thinks to wait for the next day.
Sid collapses in tears. He feels guilty for using Prachi to save her sister. That time he sees Alia taking unconscious Mihika in a wheelchair. Sid pleads with Alia to leave her sister. Alia goon cones there and takes Mihika with him throwing Sid. Alia warns him to cooperate with them otherwise go and tell your gang and even if they find Mihika then she will go up at this young age and you guys will be blamed for her murder. Sid feels helpless.
The next day, Shahana informs Prachi that Mihika is kidnapped again. Prachi says it’s time for them to reveal the truth to everyone. That time they hear a calling bell sound. Shahana asks Prachi to open the door with a smile. Prachi opens the door. She gets upset seeing Rhea. Ranbir comes inside with his parents. Ranbir calls Rhea. He tells his parents Rhea will take care of him. He asks Rhea to take him to his room. Rhea agrees. Prachi feels jealous. Aryan asks him to leave after taking medicine. Prachi says she will give him. Ranbir asks Rhea to give him. Rhea agrees and takes the medicines. Prachi says she will prepare food and leaves. Shahana, Aryan, Pallavi, and Vikram discuss about Ranbir’s change. Rhea is on cloud nine and she thinks to win Ranbir by making his breakfast. She asks Aryan to take Ranbir inside and tells him that she will prepare his tiffin. Ranbir says he loves to taste it. Aryan takes Ranbir.
Shahana asks Rhea if she knows cooking. Rhea says she knows better than Prachi. Rhea cuts fruits. Prachi says fruits are not set in the sandwich so leave it as I’m preparing for him. Rhea says you’re jealous thinking he may like my food more than you. She asks her to end her insecurities. Prachi says it’s not about food and tells Rhea that whatever is mine is mine so accept the truth. Rhea says it is until yesterday, everything changed when he hugged me. Prachi says you don’t know why he is angry and what happened. Rhea says I don’t even want to know. She warns Prachi to not disturb her and prepares Sandwiches.
Prachi and Rhea prepare sandwiches and take them to Ranbir. Ranbir says Prachi’s veg Sandwich is not good and eats Rhea’s fruit sandwich even though it’s bad. Ranbir asks Rhea if he can call her Yaar. Rhea agrees. Prachi says she needs to turn off the stove and leaves. Ranbir sends Rhea to get him black coffee. Ranbir tells Pallavi that Rhea’s sandwich is the worst and throws it. Pallavi asks what he eats. Ranbir says he eats Prachi’s one. He asks her to tell Prachi that she ate it. Pallavi asks why he is playing mind games. Ranbir says it’s needed as Prachi is getting married to Sid. Rhea hears it and thinks Glad Ranbir accepted the truth that Prachi is going to be Sid’s wife.
Prachi vents her frustration to Shahana. Shahana says Ranbir is making you jealous to know the things you’re hiding from him so it’s good if you tell him the truth. Prachi asks her to stop supporting Ranbir and leaves. Shahana notices Aryan in a worried mood. Pallavi receives Alia’s call that Pandit came. Pallavi goes to meet him. Aryan goes to Ranbir and tells him that he complicated his life. Ranbir asks what happened. Aryan says Mili loves me and I love Shaha. Ranbir says it’s Shahana, isn’t it? Shahana comes there and asks what happened. Ranbir asks Aryan to admit the truth. Aryan scolds him and leaves. Shahana asks Ranbir what happened? Ranbir says to Shalu that something happened to him that happened to him from the beginning. Shahana asks Ranbir what is he talking about? Ranbir says there is nothing and says he has to go. Ranbir leaves the room.
Vikram sees Pandit talking about an auspicious time with Pallavi and Alia. Vikram asks Pandit what is he doing here? Pandit says to Vikram to ask Pallavi about it. Vikram asks Pallavi what is Pandit doing here? Pallavi says she wants to do the marriage of Sid and Prachi as early as possible. Vikram asks Pallavi about it. Ranbir overheard Pallavi and Vikram talking about Sid and Prachi’s marriage.
