The episode starts with Nehmat trying to explain to Ekam. But the latter refuses to listen to her and breaks up his relationship with her. He asks her to get lost and asks her to marry Advait, shocking Nehmat. Nehmat’s duppata gets stuck in Ekam’s watch. Ekam looks at Advait and Nehmat’s pictures on the screen. He separates Nehmat’s duppata from his watch by tearing it. Nehmat walks backwards, recalling her moments with Ekam. She looks at Ekam once before starting to walk from there. Nehmat receives Satti’s call. Satti says to Nehmat that Naaz locked herself and threatens to kill herself.
Sandhus beg Naaz to open the door. Mallika sees and praises Naaz in her mind. Just then, Nehmat arrives there and asks Naaz to open the door. Nehmat runs to the backside of the room. She is shocked to see through the glass window Naaz holding a knife near her wrist and alerts the family. The family is shocked to see this and begs Naaz to open the door. Jasmine smiles seeing this and thinks that Naaz is her daughter, so she will kill others instead of killing herself. She thinks that Naaz will open the door once she gets what she wants. Nehmat breaks the glass window and goes inside. She tries to snatch the knife from her hand. She slaps Naaz and throws the knife away. Naaz refuses to live when she can’t get her love. Shelly asks Nehmat to agree to marry Advait. Nehmat recalls Ekam’s words and shouts that Naaz will get Nikhil. Naaz asks how. Nehmat says that she is ready to marry Advait. Shelly says that she will inform everyone this.
Shelly tells everyone that Nehmat agreed to marry Advait, shocking everyone except Shamsher and Nikhil, who are happy. Rupy refuses to believe that Nehmat agreed and says that Nehmat must be forced to agree. Shelly denies and says that she agreed on her own. Shamsher asks Rupy what his problem is when Nehmat agrees and asks him to get ready for the wedding. Advait says to Shamsher that he wants to talk to him in private.
Naaz thanks Nehmat for agreeing to marry Advait for her. Rupy arrives there. Naaz says to Rupy that Nehmat saved his reputation and her love by agreeing to marry Advait. Rupy says that he wants to talk with Nehmat alone. Naaz whispers to Nehmat not to change her decision before leaving. There, Advait says to Shamsher that he can’t marry Nehmat, who loves Ekam. He refuses to become a scapegoat. Shamsher refuses to risk his reputation and both their careers. He advises Advait to win Nehmat’s heart and removes Ekam’s name from her heart. He leaves. Advait gets furious at Nehmat for agreeing to marry him when she’s not compelled like he is.
Rupy says to Nehmat that he knows that she agreed to marry Advait to save his reputation and Naaz’s love. He says that even Tejo did this and refuses to let Nehmat sacrifice her happiness for them. He asks then what Ekam told her, if he forgave her. As Nehmat refuses to say anything, he decides to call Ekam and ask. But Nehmat stops Rupy. The latter asks Nehmat if Ekam is still angry with Ekam. He asks Nehmat why she wants to marry Advait, leaving her childhood love Ekam. Nehmat says that she has moved on in her life. Rupy asks Nehmat to tell him the reason for her decision. Nehmat asks Rupy not to question her and just support her. Rupy hugs Nehmat and says that he will always support her, but her decision will ruin her life. Nehmat says that but it will save Naaz’s life. She asks him to make arrangements for the wedding. Rupy recalls Tejo agreeing to marry Fateh to save his reputation.
Jasmine gives Shelly two similar duppata and instructs her to swap brides. On the other hand, Shamsher helps Advait get ready. He says that he is going to inform the media that Advait is getting married to Nehmat, not Mallika, so that the next day Nehmat and Advait’s wedding photos will get published in newspapers. He leaves.
Ekam angrily stares at Nehmat and Advait’s photos on the screen and recalls Nehmat and his moment. He angrily breaks things and bursts into tears. Here, Nehmat is sadly getting ready for the wedding. She runs into the washroom. She also breaks down into tears recalling Ekam.
