In today’s episode Akshara gets restless. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she called her. Akshara demand Abhimanyu to hear the heartbeat of their unborn for one last time together. Abhimanyu agrees. Akshara breaks down hearing the heartbeat. Abhimanyu sit stunned. Akshara asks Abhimanyu why he is worried. She asks if everything is fine. Abhimanyu tells to Akshara that there are two heartbeats. He tells about twins. Akshara gets emotional.
Manjir worry thinking about Abhimanyu, Akshara. Harsh says to Manjiri that he don’t understand life sometimes as it forces. Anand says they become helpless. Shefali keeps her hope. Arohi bring tea. Manjiri asks Arohi to rest. Arohi says family needs them. Goenkas visit Birlas. Harsh asks Manish about visiting them. Manish says Abhimanyu called and asked them to come. Goenkas and Birlas gets surprised seeing balloons flying. Akshara, Abhimanyu returns back home. They tell about keeping the babies. Goenkas and Birlas get excited. Shefali says Shiv will get a company. Neil says to Abhimanyu that there can’t be good news more than this. Mainsh and Harsh think Abhimanyu mentioned babies. They realized it is twin. Abhimanyu says it is finally all realized it is twins. He tells to Birlas and Goenkas about the twin. Manjiri and Suhasini get happy. Abhimanyu and Akshara congratulate each other for becoming parents.
Manjiri asks Abhimanyu about Akshara’s medical condition. Manish worry about the same. Abhimanyu and Akshara recall about changing their decision. Akshara asked Abhimanyu to not think as a doctor as babies belong to him. She tries to convince Abhimanyu to cancel the abortion. Akshara says to Abhimanyu that she will take care of her. She asks Abhimanyu to support her pregnancy and promise that she will take her best care. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she is promising to take care. He adds he will not be able to forgive himself if anything happens to her. Akshara promise to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu decide to keep the babies. Doctor advice Abhimanyu and Akshara. He says Aksahra needs an utter care if they want to keep the babies. Doctor says right from sitting, eating to keeping Akshara stress free is important. He says with precaution Akshara can have smooth pregnancy.
Akshara asks Goenkas and Birlas to support her. Goenkas and Birlas celebrate the good news. Suhasini give gift to Akshara, Arohi. Kairav give his new number to Akshara, Arohi and assures his phone will not get busy ever for them. Akshara decide to call Kairav whenever she will want to talk. Mainsh stands stressed and Akshara asks the reason. Manish advice Akshara, Arohi to reconcile. Swarna support Manish. Akshara and Arohi assures Manish
