The episode starts with Suman saying to Dhara that if Shweta comes back along with Chiku and everything goes well, then it’s well and good, but if there’s even a misunderstanding, it will tear apart the whole family. Suman says that it’s Dhara’s responsibility to keep the family safe and the family members bonding. She gives Dhara till the next day to tell her decision.

In the night, Shiva wants to go to talk to Dhara. But Raavi stops him. She says that Suman gave Dhara a huge responsibility and it must already be hard for her and asks Shiva not to worsen it. Shiva says that Dhara is compelled to take a decision because of them. Raavi says that they can’t be blamed if Dhara can’t move on, forgetting Chiku. She is compelled by her motherly love. They argue. Raavi says that Dhara should realize how her emotional decision affects the family. She can’t be right every time. Shiva gets angry and lays down on the bed.

In the ghetto, a lady touches Chiku’s body temperature and advises Shweta to arrange for his medicine. She lectures her about throwing the given medicine away. She asks why she doesn’t get help from her in-laws, which angers Shweta. The lady warns Shweta that her stubbornness will take the baby’s life. She says that she heard her parents are and asks her to seek their help. Shweta goes to get the medicine that she threw away, but the syrup bottle is broken and there’s no medicine left in it.

Rishita and Dev argue over Dhara giving Chiku more importance than her own family. Rishita says that it’s not possible that Dhara can have Chiku and keep the whole family united. There As Chiku’s fever doesn’t reduce, Shweta and the lady take him to a nearby medical store to get his medicine. The pharmacist refuses to give medicine without a doctor’s prescription and advises her to consult a doctor first and get the prescription. Here, Dhara cries, placing her head on Gautam’s shoulder and recalling her past decision to not have her own child till the Pandya brothers grew up.

Gautam says to Dhara that he will support whatever decision she takes. Dhara is scared of making a mistake. She says that Dev, Shiva and Krish are married and she can’t expect them to always obey her. She states that Shiva heard Raavi, not her, when Raavi returned home. She says that she’s not feeling bad about it, but the fact is that their family is divided into four families and wonders how long she can keep these families together. However, Dhara is worried about Chiku and is in a dilemma about whether to choose Chiku or her family. She asks Gautam what she should do.

Shweta and the lady take Chiku to the hospital, but the doctors aren’t available. Shweta gets frightened when the lady notifies that Chiku’s body temperature has dropped and he is not moving. The next morning, Gautam reacts angrily when Dev and Shiva talk to him, which shocks the family members. Just then, Dhara arrives. She tells the family that she will forget Chiku and she had and will have only three sons, Dev, Shiva and Krish. She says that they three are her everything and she doesn’t want anyone else than them. Dhara says to Suman that this is her decision. Her family is more important to her. Dev, Shiva and Krish hug Dhara while, Raavi, Rishita and Suman watch them smiling. Meanwhile, in the ghetto, Shweta is worried as all nearby hospitals are closed.

The episode ends.

Precap: Dhara cries and says that she gets hurt when she sees a child in pain. Gautam asks Shweta to give Chiki to them. Shweta asks if Gautam will fall at her feet if she refuses. Gautam falls at her feet, shocking Shweta.
