Episode starts with Chavans admitting Pakhi to the hospital, while her operation gets started. Sai along with her senior doctor gets appointment to treat Pakhi. Whereas, Virat gets emotional recalling the the falling of Pakhi from the cliff. He sees her camera and starts checking the pictures. He sees the photo of Pakhi which he took and cries, making an apology to her. He blames himself for all the problems and insists the latter to recover soon. He touches her face on the screen and gets teary eyes. Whereas, other family members also gets worried for her.

Here, Sai notices Virat and goes towards her wearing the surgeon’s dress. She assures Virat that she won’t let anything happen to Pakhi. She consoles him and says that nothing will happen to Pakhi, as she have so many people who cares for her. She says that their tears and prayers values a lot and proclaims that she knows he really cares for his wife.

Virat breaks down in front of Sai and declares that he is responsible for all the problems Pakhi is going through. He joins hands in front of Sai and requests her to save the latter. He keeps crying while Sai also gets emotional upon seeing his state. She ask him to have faith and stay strong for his child and family members. She gives a promise to him that she will do her best to bring Pakhi back.

Elsewhere, Sai advice Virat to pray for the latter as it really helps the patient to fight. She also states that their motivation will encourage Pakhi to fight for her life. She then joins the senior doctor in the operation of Pakhi and they both attempts their best to save the latter. The senior doctor starts worrying upon seeing Pakhi not responding to the treatment.

Bhavani questions about the kids as they couldn’t able to find them. Meanwhile, Vinayak keeps crying for her mother and sobs asking her to recover soon. Whereas, Savi consoles him and wipes his tears. She shows him the wall where she has written about Pakhi and asked God to save her. She ask Vinayak also to write something for her mother as God really helps them.

Ahead, Virat also wishes for his mother’s recovery while everyone gets emotional. The doctor tries their best to save Pakhi but the vitals drops down. The doctor goes out to notify Chavans about the death of Pakhi but Sai tries to stop him. He ask her not to get emotional and accept the truth. He confronts Virat and declares that Pakhi is dead whole everyone gets shocked.

Sai keeps giving chest compression along with electric shock to Pakhi in order to revive her. Vinayak gets shattered learning about his mother’s death and rushes inside the operation theatre. He cries and ask Pakhi to wake up while Sai also encourages the latter to respond. The senior doctor ask Sai to note the death time, but ahe denies and proclaims that the latter will surely come back to life.

Further, Sai’s attempt gets successful and Pakhi gets her life back. The senior doctor immediately checks on her and performs the needful treatment. Chavans gets elated learning about Pakhi and Virat apologizes to her for his behavior and recalls his moments with her. He also shows his gratitude towards Sai for saving Pakhi. Whereas, she assures him that she is doing better. Meanwhile, Pakhi gets conscious and sees Virat holding Sai’s hand in front of her.

Precap:- Sai gets shocked seeing Virat in front of her and confronts him. She ask that why he came to her house and ask him to leave, to which he smiles and says that she herself is imagining him in front of her. He proclaims that she have announced about not having any feelings for him in front of everyone, but he knows she still have some feelings left for him in her heart. He states that she doesn’t want him to go away from her, while she looks at him being silent.
