The episode starts with Meet saying to the chief terrorist that for saving one person of theirs he already killed two of the people. Meet reminds the chief terrorist that once all of them are dead then their game is over. Meet dares the chief terrorist to shoot her. The chief terrorist asks Meet if she is not afraid of death. Meet says to the chief terrorist that she is daughter of a patriot and she is not afraid of death. The chief terrorist laughs hearing Meet’s answer.
Meet Ahlawat return to the Ahlawat mansion. Raj and Babita ask Meet Ahlawat where is Meet and Ragini? Meet recalls what happened.
The chief terrorist says to his men to look at Meet and says she is going to be very useful for them. The chief tells No 2 and 3 to differentiate ward boy and nurse and tells them to take them to OT.
Meet Ahlawat says to Babita that Ragini and Meet are staying at Meet’s house. Babita says to Meet Ahlawat that she prepared a Pooja for them tomorrow and they have to sit in it.
Ragini asks Meet not to confront the terrorists. The pregnant woman praises Meet. Masum gives a red saree to Meet Ahlawat and says this is prepared by Babita for Meet. Babita asks Meet Ahlawat to take it. Meet Ahlawat takes the saree and leaves from there. Meet Ahlawat thinks he has to find the secret passage that leads to inside the hospital to save Meet.
No 2 and 3 take the hostages to a room. No 2 trashes an old guy. Chanda pleads No2 to stop beating the old man. No2 gets angry with her and hits the Chanda on her womb. No 2 leaves from there. Meet sees that Chanda is going into labour. Meet asks the hostages if anyone of them has done any delivery. A woman asks her to keep quiet saying the terrorists might hear her voice. Meet says to the hostages that they have to be united and fight against the terrorists to be safe and says their first priority is that they have to do Chanda’s delivery without the terrorists knowing. Meet tells the guys to put clothes which are unclean in the door edges and says the terrorists should not hear Chanda’s voice. Meet tells the woman to bring clean cloths whatever they get for the delivery.
Meet Ahlawat sees Meet’s photo and promises her that he will save her soon and he will never allow anything happen to her.
Chanda asks Meet if her child will really be born. Meet encourages Chanda. Ragini tells Chanda to take deep breaths.
Raj comes and asks Meet Ahlawat if he is hiding something from them and says he can tell them if he is having any problem as he is looking worried. Raj asks Meet Ahlawat if he argued with Meet and she went to her house. Raj says by now he should have understood how much Meet means to him. Meet Ahlawat says yes and says life has taught him one important lesson that Meet is very important to him and he would do anything to keep his relationship with Meet.
Ragini says to Meet that the child is not coming out and they need the help of a doctor. Meet reminds Ragini that children used to be born even before doctors are there. Ragini says when she is having delivery the child didn’t come out but the doctor used a vaccum to take the baby out. Meet hearing this looks for a vaccum cleaner. Ragini says to Meet that vaccum cleaner pressure is too much. Meet says she will handle it.
Meet Ahlawat recalls what the police said and searches in web for the secret passage. Ragini says to Meet that this is very risky. Meet says the pressure is 0.5. Ragini asks Meet how does she know. Meet says she saw it in a movie. Meet Ahlawat thinks what secret passage were the police talking about as it is not being shown on the map. Meet prepares the vaccum cleaner. Meet Ahlawat thinks this is not just city hospital from the beginning and thinks it is Maduman palace before it became a city hospital. Meet Ahlawat searches for the the back door of Madhuman Palace in his laptop and finds the secret passage to go inside. Meet Ahlawat says to himself that he will come to Meet soon.
Meet delivers the baby with a vaccum and asks Chanda to open her eyes and see her son. No 3 thinks why is it suddenly silent and ask the other terrorists should they check it out. No2 and the woman terrorist agree.

The episode starts with Meet throwing the ball out of the hospital. The tennis ball rolls to the inspector’s feet and he sees the message on the tennis ball that the terrorists are here. The inspector tells his people to clear the area.
A terrorist comes and says to their chief terrorist that the police are coming back. The chief terrorist tells his men to take out their weapons.
Police try to enter the hospital but the chief terrorist comes out with Meet as a hostage. Meet’s hands are shown to be tied with a rope and her mouth is closed with a cloth. The Chief terrorist tells the police to step back and says if they come forward he will kill all the hostages. Meet Ahlawat sees Meet. Meet Ahlawat tries to go to Meet but the police stop Meet Ahlawat and tell him that terrorist took control over the hospital. Meet Ahlawat asks the police to allow him to go inside as his wife and relative are inside.
