Episode begins with Judge calls Gungun to the witness box. Radha asks Gungun to not get scared. Judge asks Gungun that with whom the latter want to stay. Gungun recalls her uncle’s words and also how Mohan mistreated Radha. Radha asks God to give strength to Gungun. Damini thinks that today Radha’s prayer won’t work. Tulsi’s spirit tries to convey Radha that truth will win. Damini is confident that Gungun will choose Namrata. But Gungun tells Judge that she want to stay with her parents. Damini gets shocked hearing her but acts like she is happy. Mohan hugs Gungun.

Radha scolds Damini for scaring Gungun. She recalls that how Gungun told everything to her. She assures Gungun that Mohan won’t hurt her. She tells Damini that the latter is committing sins one after one and God choosed her to punish Damini. Gungun hugs Radha and others.

Lawyer tells Judge that Trivedi family celebrating like they got Gungun’s custody. He tells her that Gungun is kid and she don’t know what is good and what is bad. He says that Mohan was accused in Tulsi’s murder case and Gungun is not safe with criminal like Mohan. Gungun tells Judge that Mohan did not kill Tulsi and even court released him. She says that Mohan love her so much that’s why he jumped into borehole to save her. She adds that Mohan came to save her from bomb blast when she was stuck in her school bus. She tells her that she gets happy when she is with Mohan and Radha so she want to stay with them. She says that her family love her so much.

Mohan thinks that Radha used Gungun so she will be punished. Shekhar tells Judge that Mohan has proved many times that he is good father and even Gungun want to stay with her father. Namrata’s Lawyer tells Judge that Mohan and Radha’s marriage is not normal one. He calls child welfare head Latha to the witness box. Latha tells Judge that Mohan did not want to marry Radha and even Trivedi family was against the marriage.

Namrata’s lawyer calls women welfare organization head Sushma to the witness box. Sushma tells Judge that Radha lied to them about marriage. Namrata’s lawyer calls Gungun’s uncle to the witness box. Gungun’s uncle tells Judge that first Mohan killed Tulsi now he is playing with Damini and Radha’s life. Mohan gets angry hearing him. Kadambari tells him to calm down. Namrata’s lawyer tells Judge that Mohan don’t deserve Gungun’s custody.

Radha goes to the witness box and tells Judge that Mohan married her for Gungun’s sake. She says that it has proved that how much Mohan love Gungun. She lists out that how Mohan saved Gungun always. She tells her that Mohan is very good father. She says that they want Gungun’s happiness and they can do anything for it. Gungun tells Judge that Mohan love her and Radha so much. Mohan agrees with her.
