Episode starts with Mittals learning about Ayaan’s accident and gets shocked. Janardan questions that how he reached that place? To which Siddharth motivates Tanisha to tell the truth to the family. She goes near Janardan and states that she knew why Ayaan was there. She tells them about the truth and notify them about Faltu’s blindness. She states that she paid the hospital for her operation and tells about everything to them except for Ayaan and Faltu’s marriage. Meanwhile, Janardan lashes out at Tanisha and blames her for Ayaan’s state. He gets furious at her and proclaims that his son is fighting with death because of her.

Here, Tanisha gets emotional and cries. She tries to tell her perspective but Janardan denies to listen to her. The whole family gets worried for Ayaan while they goes to see Ayaan’s state. Savita also insists to go along with them but Janardan denies and assures her that he will inform her about their son. He also tells that nothing will happen to him.

Savita cries thinking about her son and says that why everything is happening to him. She gets worried while Dadi consoles her. She states that Ayaan have never done bad for anyone and assures that God will not do anything bad to him as well. She assures Savita to have faith and proclaims that soon their Ayaan will return back.

Elsewhere, Sumitra mistakenly reveals that she knew about Ayaan visiting Faltu and the latters operation. Dadi catches her words and confronts the latter about the same. She ask Sumitra to tell the truth while the latter gets worried but then reveals that Siddharth told her about it. She then proclaims that Ayaan always drives carefully and blames Faltu for his rash driving.

Kinsukh gets a call from the hospital and finds out how Ayaan was driving rashly and got hit by the tree. He tells about it to his family while Sumitra instigates them against Faltu and says that she must be the reason behind Ayaan’s rash driving. Savita hears about it and gets furious at Faltu. She proclaims that she won’t forgive Faltu if she is the reason behind Ayaan’s accident.

Ahead, Janardan and the other family members reaches the hospital to check on Ayaan. The doctor says that he is not out of danger and they are keeping him under observation. They gets tensed for Ayaan while others looks after Janardan as he gets concerned for his son. Meanwhile, he lashes out at Tanisha for helping Faltu and says that everything happened because of it.

Tanisha cries and apologizes to Janardan while others tries to calm him down. At that time Kanika comes there and shows her concern towards her daughter. She assures that everything will get fine. Siddharth also sits along with Tanisha and assures her that Janardan isn’t is at his right mind. He ask her not to take his words seriously and shows support towards the latter.

Further, Pratap somehow convinces Charan to go away from the hospital while Siddharth checks on Faltu and tells Tanisha about it. The latter gets consciousness and feels pain in her eyes. She recalls her moments with Ayaan and becomes emotional while the nurse calms her down and goes towards the doctor to inform him about Faltu. Meanwhile, the latter keep thinking about Ayaan.

Precap:- Faltu gets shocked seeing Ayaan’s condition and goes inside his cabin. She holds his hand and caresses hos hair. She cries stating that she is responsible for his situation and apologises to him for her behavior. She proclaims that she can’t even tell him that he is her husband and the love she have for him. Meanwhile, he opens his eyes while she gets stunned and leaves his hand.
