The episode starts with Rajeev consoling Parineet that she isn’t responsible for Neeti’s situation. He takes her from there. Neeti thinks that she shouldn’t misunderstand them seeing them together. Sanju loves her and Parineet is her best friend. Rakesh thinks that Rajeev is always making her cry. He doesn’t know why she chose Rajeev over him. He is ready to treat her like his queen and give everything to her. He imagines it like he dances with Parineet. The Nurse stares at Rakesh weirdly. He feels embarrassed. Meanwhile, Neeti recalls Vishal’s words and cries. Parineet comes there. She asks her to stop crying. She is responsible for her state. Neeti tries to reveal what did Rajeev said to her. Parineet tells her that she shouldn’t think about it all. She advises her to concentrate on her baby. Neeti tells her that he got married. He hugged another girl in front of her. Parineet thinks that she misunderstood someone else as her husband. He isn’t her husband. Rajeev was married to her best friend.

Neeti asks Parineet to accompany her. She will definitely stop this wedding. He is not able to fly back to London. She has the ability to bring him down. Parineet asks her to leave this matter. He had already left her. It means he has no feelings for her. She doesn’t want to force him to stay with her. Neeti praises her for becoming strong. But she won’t stay quiet in this matter. She will teach him a lesson. Meanwhile, Parminder comes there to meet Neeti. She inquires Neeti. How did she fell down? Monty manages the situation there.

The doctor inquires Rajeev what’s going on with Neeti’s life? Doesn’t she warn him to take care of her? They are careless in her matter. Rajeev tells her that he was careless in her matter. He would make sure about her safety. The doctor informs him that if it happens again. It’s a risk to save her baby. Infection may affect her whole body. Rajeev assures her to take care of Neeti. Rakesh overheard it. He doubts why Raeev is showing care for Neeti. He doesn’t care about his wife Parineet. It seems his way is clear. He is able to get Parineet in his life. Later, Neeti worries about Parineet.

Rajeev comes there and notices her lost in her thoughts. He complaints that she is always worrying about Parineet and ending up in hospital. It’s her usual routine. Neeti says that she is not able to think like that. Rajeev betrayed Parineet. She is an innocent person. He is going to marry another one. How could he betray her? She is determined to punish him. She demands him to promise her that he will help her to punish Rajeev for betraying Parineet. He is about to promise her but the nurse disturbs them.

Rakesh notices Rajeev with Neeti. He thinks, why is he always going behind Neeti? Something is wrong here. He thinks that he is wasting his time here. He wishes to take Parineet with him. Biji is waiting for Neeti’s return. She says to Neeti that she may be misunderstood about her, that she doesn’t know how to show love to her and see her anger. She blesses Neeti. Neeti takes her blessings. Parineet thinks that her wish was fulfilled. Biji informs them that she is going to attend her relative’s wedding. She asks Monty to get ready for his marriage. She says to him that she chose Babli for him. Both Monty and Babli are battling with each other. Biji asks Gurinder doesn’t she pack her luggage? Parminder asks her where is she going? Gurinder tells her that she is going to accompany Biji. Parminder smells something fishy. She shares her doubt with her husband. She gets a unknown call.
