Rajjo 16th February 2023 Written Update: Rajjo refuses to give Arjun a second chance

The episode starts with Rajjo asking Swara if Mukund beats her. Swara says no. She reveals that Mukund always hurts her with his rude words. Rajjo asks Swara why she didn’t tell her about it earlier. She asks why she didn’t tell it to Kalindi. She says that her bond with Kalindi wasn’t good before and it got better after Rajjo’s arrival. She says that Rajjo was already worried and she didn’t want to increase it by sharing her worry.

Rajjo says that women always give importance to others’ happiness and wish even though they suffer. Rajjo says that this should change. She says that they should fight. Swara says that it’s not easy and reminds Rajjo how she fought for Arjun. Rajjo recalls spotting Niharika with Arjun. Swara asks Rajjo what happened, why she seems disturbed. Rajjo says nothing. 

Rajjo asks Swara what the doctor has said. Swara says that the doctor said that her reports are normal. Rajjo asks Swara to talk to Mukund about it. Swara says that Mukund always shouts at her and the family blames her for not conceiving. She says that she overheard Jhilmil and Madhu talking with Mukund. She says crying that Mukund is going to divorce her. Rajjo thinks that the Thakurs use people and then abandon him once they lose interest in them. Swara says that she has to lie as she doesn’t have family if they throw her out of the house. Rajjo says that lying isn’t a solution as the truth will get exposed sooner or later. 

On the other hand, Madhu and Jhilmil advise Mukund to take care of Swara. They go to Swara in the kitchen. Here, Swara regrets lying to the family about her pregnancy. She seeks Rajjo’s help to keep her lie. Rajjo thinks that Swara is innocent and can’t fight against those cunning people. Just then, Madhu, Jhilmil and Mukund arrive there. Madhu asks Swara what help she wants from Rajjo. Swara lies that she is feeling anxious, so she seeks her help.

Mukund scolds Swara first, then she pretends to act nice with Mukund when Madhu glares at him. Rajjo regrets not seeing Swara’s suffering earlier. Mukund asks Swara what’s bothering her. Rajjo says that they were just sharing their happiness and problems as they are sisters-in-law and their ups and downs are the same. Swara and Rajjo are shocked when Jhilmil says that she called a specialist the next day for Swara’s checkup. 

Rajjo assures Swara to handle everything. Swara thanks Rajjo. Rajjo asks Swara to go and sleep peacefully. Swara leaves. Rajjo sees Arjun. She goes to the room and tries to close the door when he tries to talk to her. Arjun prevents Rajjo from closing the door by holding it with his hands. His fingers get smashed. Arjun requests Rajjo to talk to him once. He says that he thought that Rajjo would rebuke him and then everything would be fine between them. Rajjo opens the door. She holds Arjun’s hand preventing him from falling back. They share a painful eyelock. Hamari Adhuri Kahani plays in BG. 

Rajjo says to Arjun that he hopes that everything will be fine after ruining her dreams. Rajjo is about to leave. Arjun pulls Rajjo close to him. Arjun admits his mistake and says that he regrets it. Rajjo asks if Arjun regrets getting caught by her. Rajjo says that she was a fool not to understand the truth before. She says Niharika was always more than a friend to him, so he always trusted her more than her and always shared everything with her. Arjun seeks Rajjo’s apology. Rajjo asks Arjun to let her go. Arjun says that he understood that he couldn’t live without her. Rajjo refuses to give Arjun a second chance.

Arjun pleads with Rajjo to have a new start. Rajjo blames Arjun for their current situation. She says that their relationship was always one-sided, so she always fought for him, but he never understood her and mistrusted her. He didn’t stand by her side when he needed to. Rajjo says that she wants to end this relationship. She says that she loved Arjun, who pretended to love her. 

The episode ends.

Precap: The police arrive to arrest Arjun for abusing a woman after promising to marry her. Rajjo intertwins her fingers with Arjun’s and says that it’s a lie. She asks who gave them the complaint against Arjun. Kalindi admits that she gave it. Kalindi says that Arjun had an illegal relationship with her sister and now refuses to take her responsibility. Madhu asks Arjun to say the truth. Arjun says that they were intoxicated. The police arrest Arjun and take him along with them.
