The episode starts with Pari recalling Neeti’s suicide attempt and her pain. She says that she can’t let Neeti and Rajeev separate. She swears to bring back the lost happiness in Neeti’s life. Pari visits doctor to enquire about the chances for Neeti to have a baby. Doctor says that it’s impossible for Neeti to deliver a baby as she suffered so much blood loss and that her ovary is too weak to carry. She says that even if she gets pregnant it will only result in miscarriage. Pari pleads her to find a way to help Neeti an doctor says that there is one last hope and Pari gets elated hearing it. She asks what is it. Doctor suggests surrogacy as an option and Pari asks her to explain. She says that they would artificially inseminate father’s ser mina another woman’s body who would give birth to Rajeev’s child and the child would belong to Neeti.
Pari understands that it’s still Rajeev’s blood but another woman would give birth to the child. Doctor says yes and finds the option better. Doctor asks her to discuss with Neeti and get back to her while Pari leaves elated. Rajeev comes to Pari who’s thinking about Doctor’s words. Pari blames herself for the situation and holds herself responsible for Neeti’s miscarriage. On the other hand, Bebe is furious at Pari holding her responsible for all the ill fate that happened with Neeti. She leaves to throw Pari out of the house as soon as possible. She sees Rajeev asking Pari to not blame herself as it’s all his fault. He says that he married her and ditched her to remarry Neeti and cause immense pain for her.
Bebe hears Rajeev’s confession nd is hell shocked. He says that she still cared about Neeti and the family and it’s only because f her the family is still together only becomes of her efforts. Bebe feels guilty for the way she behaved with Pari without knowing the truth. Parminder and Babli feels bad for Neeti and u understands her condition. She says that though Rajeev did wrong with Pari she couldn’t help but feel bad for Rajeev who’s in immense pain of losing his first child. She says that Pari is really great who still tolerated all her pain for her friendship and hears Bebe’s accusations without any complaint while only wishing good for Neeti. She wishes that things get sorted out soon. Babli also feels bad for Neeti and asks Parminder to trust on God to solve the problems.
Neeti wakes up the next morning to find the doll fell from bed. She panics as she treats the doll a baby and continues speaking with it. Pari who passes by sees it and feels bad for Neeti. Neeti continues ranting to Pari asking her to make her baby speak with her as she’s it’s Mausi which means another mother. Pari forces Neeti to come back to conscious as it’s a doll and not baby. Neeti breaks down saying that she knew it but couldn’t able to accept it. Pari promises Neeti that she will make sure to get her baby back to her and consoles Neeti.
