The episode starts with Parineet returning home. Parminder inquires her. Did she go out? She looks worried. Parineet tells her that she has gone to meet the doctor. She is not able to solve Neeti’s problem. Only a baby is able to bring back her happiness. Parminder advises Parineet. She tells her that they shouldn’t give fake hope to Neeti. She isn’t able to come out of the pain. The truth is, it’s impossible for Neeti to become a mom again. Parineet tells her that the doctor gave hope to her. Neeti is able to become a mom again. She narrates with her what the doctor said to her. She explains the surrogacy with her.
Parminder asks Parineet how Rajeev and Neeti would accept this surrogacy? Parineet tells her that she will convince them. Parineet informs her that she is going to carry Neeti and Rajeev’s baby. Pariminder was shocked to hear it. Parineet tells her that she is able to bring Neeti’s happiness back through that baby. Parminder says that she is Neeti’s sautan. She adds that Parineet has already sacrificed many things for them. She is going to give birth to this child. But that baby will mention Neeti as her mom. She has no rights to that baby. She advises her to concentrate on her life. She considers Parineet as her own daughter. She is not able to see her life getting ruined. Parineet tells her that she is selfish in this matter. She didn’t get her husband’s love. At least she is able to feel motherhood. She is going to carry Rajeev’s baby. Perhaps that baby mentions Neeti as mom, but at least she will call her Mausi. Mausi is the second mom. The doctor clearly said that they wouldn’t reveal the patient’s name to the couple who choose surrogacy. But Neeti is able to feel her pregnancy and wait for the baby. Parminder says that no one will do this much for Neeti. No one’s evil eyes fall on their friendship. Bebe hears it and thinks that she wants to do something.
Rajeev asks Neeti to try to come out of this situation. Let’s go for a long drive. He would do anything to bring back her happiness. He asks her to say what she needs? Neeti asks him to give him her baby. She doesn’t need anything like her baby. Rajeev consoles her. He says that it’s over. It’s impossible to bring back their baby. He advises her to forget it all and accept the truth. Her happiness was more important to him than anything. Parineet overheard their conversation. She thinks that she will definitely bring her baby back. She knocks on their door. Parineet tells them that she wants to talk with them about the baby. Meanwhile, Bebe asks Pariminder. Doesn’t she keep this house clean and tidy? She pretended to like inquiring about Neeti’s health. Parminder says to her that Neeti is fine. Bebe inquires her what is going on in Gurinder’s mind. Doesn’t she expect a heir? She won’t allow that woman to stay in this house happy. She broke her family and ruined the happiness of the house. Parminder asks her to forget past incidents. She shares with her that one Gurinder snatched her happiness from her. She won’t leave her. She broke up her family. Now it’s her turn to break her son’s family. She has started her game already.
Parineet says to Neeti that they shouldn’t stuck in their past. She might move on in her life. Rajeev tells her that he was advising her to do it. Parineet says to him that she is asking for her rights. Rajeev tells her that she might accept the truth that she will never become a mom. Parineet says that because of her they were in this state. She is going to take responsibility for her. Perhaps Neeti isn’t able to become a mom, but she can. Neeti and Rajeev are shocked to hear it.
