The episode starts with Parineet saying to Neeti that she isn’t able to become a mom. But Parineet can. Parineet tells her that the doctor suggested her to go for surrogacy. Rajeev refuses to do it. Parineet assures Neeti that she will bring back her happiness. She promised to her. Rajeev feels guilty for his deeds. He asks god why he snatched his happiness from him. Parineet tries to console him. She tells him that he will do anything for Neeti’s happiness. Then why doesn’t he accept this way? Rajeev says that he has already ruined her happiness because of his selfishness. He left her for Neeti’s sake. God is already paying back for his deeds. He doesn’t want to take advantage of her anymore. Parineet asks him, doesn’t he want to feel fatherhood? He tells her it’s true but he doesn’t need that. Parineet asks him to believe her. Rajeev says that she sacrificed more than enough for him and his family. Parineet demands him to promise her that he won’t snatch Neeti’s happiness. He shouldn’t separate Neeti from her baby. He promised her.
Later, Rajeev meets the doctor along with his family to inquire about surrogacy. The doctor informs them it’s an advanced technology. She explains the details about surrogacy. Parminder asks the doctor if Parineet is going to carry the baby. Then how will this baby belong to Neeti? The doctor explained the details to her. She adds that Parineet has no rights to that baby. She is just able to give birth to that baby. Parminder asks her, doesn’t she use this process on Neeti? The doctor says that Neeti’s body is weak. She isn’t able to carry that baby. The doctor asks Parineet to sign the agreement before the surrogacy. Because Parineet has no rights to that baby after she delivers the baby. Rajeev and Neeti have the full rights to that baby. Neeti says that she doesn’t have any problem if she asks for her rights too. She is a mausi. The doctor tells her that it’s important law to sign the agreement.
Parminder says to Parineet that she not only considers her as her own daughter because she is her daughter. She advises her to make the right decision. Parineet tells her that she is doing it for Neeti’s happiness. Parminder says that she is doing everything for Neeti’s happiness. She advises her to concentrate on her life. She may feel motherhood, but that baby belongs to Neeti. Parineet convinces her. She doesn’t know who will do this much for a sister. The nurse takes Parineet from there to check her blood samples. Later, Bebe demands Chandrika to give her a tea. She asks her if no one is at home, it seems. Chandrika says that everyone went to consult the doctor for surrogacy. Bebe sends Chandrika from there.
Bebe thinks that Parineet might give this idea to them. It seems everyone listens to her. She thinks that she has an idea to break that. Later, Parineet and Parminder are praying for Neeti. She asks the god not to snatch her happiness. Neeti says that she needs this baby. She prays to god to give her a baby. The doctor was discussing something with Parineet and Rajeev seriously. They pretend to be smiling after seeing Neeti. Later, Neeti and Rajeev spend quality time with each other. Rajeev appreciates her appearance and says that he missed her smile. Neeti expresses his happiness with Rajeev. He tells her that she has to thank Parineet for bringing back her happiness.
Rajeev says that he is admiring both Parineet and Neeti’s friendship. They are destined to be together. Neeti says that even a sister won’t do anything for her. Rajeev asks her not to cry.

Precap; Parineet will ask Neeti to accompany her. Bebe will stop Neeti and tell her that only mom is able to do this Rasam. Later, Neeti will share to Rajeev that she wish to marry him in front of everyone. Parineet will overheard it. Parineet will request Parminder to arrange Rajeev and Neeti’s second marriage in front of everyone
