The episode starts with Nehmat regretting her behavior in front of the family. She phones Nikhil. Nikhil isn’t in the room. Naaz sees Nehmat calling and disconnects the call. She hides the syringe. Here, Rupy feels guilty for lying to Nehmat and taking her to the doctor. Satti convinces Rupy that they are lying for Nehmat’s betterment. She gives Rupy the doctor’s address that Naaz gave her.
Nehmat apologizes to Rupy and Satti for her behavior the previous day. She asks her grandparents to promise that they will also do their whole body checkup. Nehmat leaves along with Satti and Rupy. Naaz phones Swaroop and learns that Rupy and Satti took Nehmat to the psychiatrist suggested by her. Naaz phones the doctor.
Harleen and Renuka have come shopping. Harleen goes to the ATM to withdraw cash. Nehmat, Satti and Rupy also arrive there to visit the psychiatrist. As they don’t have money, Satti goes to withdraw cash from the ATM. Satti bumps into Renuka. Renuka tells Satti about Ekam’s engagement and adds that she wanted to visit the Sandhus to invite them. Satti expresses her joy about hearing this. Renuka asks Satti whether Nehmat is still at their house without returning to her in-laws, which angers Satti. She scolds Renuka. She asks her not to worry about Nehmat. She further says that Nehmat was already shattered after Renuka rebuked her. Renuka justified her action by saying that she did for Ekam to move on in his life. Satti leaves. Harleen misses seeing Satti. Harleen hears Renuka telling herself about Ekam agreeing to marry Harleen because she asked Nehmat to stay away from Ekam. Harleen wonders whether Ekam proposed to her upon Nehmat’s request.
Nehmat is shocked to realise that Rupy and Satti took her to the mental health clinic by lying to her. Satti justifies that they were worried about her after her previous day behavior. Nehmat feels guilty for making her family worried. She receives a call from Kapoor’s house. Nehmat thinks that Nikhil is calling her. She goes aside to answer the call. It’s Advait in the call. Advait mocks Nehmat about breaking the TV and proving his lie right. He asks her to return home so that he can take her to the psychiatrist. He will give her shock treatment so that she forgets what happened in the basement. Nehmat hangs the call.
Advait smirks and says that Nehmat can only get pain in return for trying to expose him. Naaz smirks, hearing this. She recalls how she pretended to speak loudly on the call about Nehmat breaking the TV so that Advait heard it. Naaz smiles, thinking that she knew Advait would call Nehmat and this is enough to provoke Nehmat. Here, Nehmat asks Rupy and Satti if they brought her here by Advait’s demand. She asks why they told him about her breaking the TV. Satti denies it. She cancels the doctor’s appointment.
Just then, the doctor arrives there and calls out to Nehmat as Nehmat Advait Kapoor. Nehmat corrects that her name is Nehmat Sandhus Virks. Nehmat gets angry when the doctor provokes Nehmat by saying that she has anger-controlling issues. Nehmat says that she doesn’t trust that doctor and then looks at her grandparents, saying, in fact, she doesn’t trust anyone. The reporters arrive there and question Nehmat about Advait. The doctor says to them that Nehmat isn’t fine, which angers Nehmat. Nehmat angrily reacts and ousts the reporters when they say that Nehmat really lost her mental sanity after her miscarriage. Rupy and Satti try to calm Nehmat. Naaz watches this hiding and rejoices the victory of her plan. Naaz praises herself for her plan to prove Nehmat insane in front of the media. She vows to make Nehmat alone.
Swaroop asks Nehmat what happened in the hospital when she returns home. Nehmat says to her not to worry about her as she knows that she trusts the Kapoors. Nehmat says to the her grandparents that she told them many times that she wasn’t mental, she was never pregnant and didn’t have a miscarriage, but they didn’t trust her, so they took her to the hospital. Rupy denies it.
Abhiraj says to Nehmat that they were scared after her previous day behavior, so he convinced Rupy to take her to the hospital. Abhiraj asks what happened in the hospital. Satti says that the media arrived there and wonders how they reached there. Nehmat says that Advait sent the media there. Harman arrives and asks Rupy what happened in the hospital, why the media is talking against Nehmat. Rupy asks Nehmat to go and rest and asks the family not to talk about it. Nehmat is determined to teach Advait a lesson by turning the media against Advait.
