Colors TV’s popular show Dharam Patni is a love hate story of a simple sweet school teacher Pratiksha Parekh and a buisness tycoon Ravi Randhawa. How two different people of different social status and background will come together due to marriage and fall in love eventually will be interesting to watch.
In the previous episode, Manvi and Gulshan call Kavya. Kavya claims that she cannot live without Ravi and will commit suicide. Gulshan and Manvi become alarmed and attempt to stop her. Kavya disregards their warnings and goes to cut her wrist again.
A housekeeper observes her carrying a knife and attempts to stop her. Kavya presses her forward. The lady passes out. Beeji and Mandeep’s argument continues. Kavya arrives and requests that Ravi expel Pratiksha from his home and life. Ravi is unwilling to abandon Pratiksha. Kavya threatens her own death.
According to Ravi, nobody cares. Kavya feels bad and ascends the stairs. Gulshan and Manvi arrive. Kavya announces that she will die as the wife of Ravi Randhawa. She slits her wrist and applies her blood as sindoor. She becomes dizzy and falls.
Kavya tumbles down the staircase. Pratiksha rips her dupatta and ties it around the wrist of Kavya. Kavya states that she desires to marry Ravi in her next incarnation. Ravi carries her to a room as he carries her in his arms.
Parul informs Kinjal that she is optimistic regarding Ravi and Pratiksha. Hansa reprimands them. Pratiksha feels bad when she considers her fate.
In the upcoming episode, Ravi assures Manvi that he will resolve all issues. Manvi argues that this is impossible because Pratiksha is already his dharam patni. Gulshan promises Ravi that he will never allow him to experience happiness.
