The episode starts with Satya saying to Amba that Sai is married with grown-up kids. He asks Amba to stop interrogating everyone regarding his marriage. Amba asks what he does if he is in her place. Satya says I may allow you to live happily. He asks Amba to leave home and asks Sai if she wants to come with him. Sai says no. Amba advises Satya to forget what happened and asks him to restart his life. Satya leaves starting his bike. He recalls his moments with Mehek.

Sai is about to leave after shopping. Amba stops Sai and asks her to convince Satya for the marriage. Virat notices Sai’s dupatta getting trapped in a wheel and pulls her aside. Amba misunderstands him as a roadside Romeo and scolds him. Virat says he knows her. Amba asks if she is his wife and argues with Virat without listening to him. Sai says to Amba that she knows him and asks Amba to continue her shopping. Amba agrees. Sai asks why he came. Virat gives the phone to her and asks Sai ‘who is the Lady’. Sai says she is Saya’s mother. Virat says both are looking mad so it’s good if you stay away from them. Sai stares at him. Virat says he is saying with experience. Sai smiles and leaves for the hospital.

Pakhi meets a lawyer to file a case. The lawyer asks if it’s a family or criminal case. Pakhi says both. Surva says to Sai that council members can come to inspection any time but don’t know where this Satya went and he is not attending calls. Sai says he came before her. She asks Nurse about Satya. The nurse says he came to the hospital but he went out with Sheetal on his bike. Sai asks if Sheetal finished the work she assigned to her or not. The nurse says she doesn’t know.

Council members come there for inspection. The Senior Doctor shows the hospital to the inspection team. A council member goes to the labour room and scolds Sai for not sterling the instruments in the labour room. She asks how she handles if the emergency case comes. she asks her to be prepared. Satya says they are fully prepared. A Council member recognizes him and asks if he is working here. Satya agrees. A council member says you’re here so nothing can go wrong here so I will give good certification to this hospital. She asks Sai to not take her words to her heart. Sai says it’s fine. Satya takes the Inspection member to show the hospital.

Later Sai goes to Satya’s room. Satya says don’t worry, Madhur will give a good report and you don’t need to thank me. Sai blames him for her situation and warns him to do whatever he wants to do with her nurse after office hours. Satya looks on. Sai leaves. Later Sheetal goes to Sai and apologizes to her. Sai scolds her for not informing her before leaving the hospital. She says she has to fire her. Sheetal requests her to listen to her explanation once. Sai gives her a chance. Sheetal says Satya was treating my 2 years son that’s why he didn’t attend calls too and Dr. Satya gave me a lift every day to save me from local goon and my mother called me informing me my son was injured so I rushed from the hospital without informing anyone, sorry. Sai understands Sheetal’s pain as a single mother. She asks Sheetal to drink water. She asks Sheetal to be careful next time. Sheetal agrees and thanks her. Sai meets Satya and apologises to him.

Precap – Savi returns home. She asks Sai if she knows who won the presentation. Virat comes there and says Vinayak won it. Everyone feels happy. Pakhi opens her hands for Vinu. Vinu goes to Sai and hugs her.
