The episode starts with Sai placing rangoli on their room table. Savi comes there and asks why she is placing rangoli inside. Sai recalls Pakhi’s insult. She tells Savi that she likes to place it. Savi says she is excited to celebrate gudhi padwa with her whole family. Sai says we two are different families so place gudhi with me then you can place it with your dad’s family. Savi agrees. Vinayak comes there with Gajra. Savi says her hands are not good. She sees Virat and asks him to put Gajra in Sai’s hair. Sai refuses but Savi insists on Virat to do it. Virat comes forward. Sai says no need. She cleans her hands. She places gajra in Savi’s hair then she places it in her hair. Virat says it’s just Gajra why you are worried. Sai says it matters to her. Virat sees she didn’t tie the gajra properly. He helps her. Both see themselves in the mirror and recalls their past moment. Savi takes their photo and says Dad placed Gajra on mom’s hair. Sai asks Vinayak to place Gudhi with them. Vinayak agrees. Kids leave. Sai asks Virat to not cross his limits and says she will place Gudhi with her kids. Virat looks on.

Satya calls his mausi. One lady comes out playing dhol then aarti comes out. Satya calls Maddy. Maddy and Amba come out. Satya joins his family. Amba performs Aarti. On another side, Bhavani asks everyone in her family to eat neem leaves first. Everyone takes it. Savi tries to hide it. Sai catches her and asks her to eat it to get the gifts. Savi eats it. Sai makes kids wear sweet mala and asks them to eat it. Pakhi stops Vinayak and says it’s sugary. Virat says it’s good to eat sweets at festivals and eats them. Everyone takes it. Bhavani thanks Sai for completing her family. Pakhi thinks about meeting the lawyer.

Satya dances with his family ladies. Everyone claps for Satya. On another side, Bhavani asks the couple to do the Gudi. Pakhi asks Virat with whom he wants to do it. Virat does it with Pakhi. Sai calls her kids and places another Gudi. Compounder brings the letter to Sai. He says it’s urgent that’s why I bought it to home. Sai gets shocked seeing the letter. Virat asks what’s in it. Sai says it’s a legal notice from Pakhi. Pakhi sends kids inside. Sai reveals to everyone that Pakhi filed a complaint that we removed her uterus intentionally and because of this complaint, my and Pulkit’s practice license can be suspended. Everyone gets shocked.

Precap – Sai meets a higher official to tell her side story and that person turns out to be Satya. Sai gets surprised. Satya says it’s an interesting case and asks if she doesn’t know that Doctors can’t operate on family members. Virat comes there to explain what happened.
