Episode starts with the worshiping of Matarani by Badima. Badima blesses Simar. Later, Reema helps Simar getting her dress up. Reema gives her the nazar tika. Pandit comes and he is welcomed by Badima and others. Brahmin says today is Chandra grahan, so it’s not healthy to give birth in Chandra grahan. But Badima requests Brahmin to complete the puja before the night. Simar comes in a very gorgeous look. Aarav keeps staring at her. Suddenly, Simar slips from the stare but fortunately she is catched by Aarav safely. Then Aarav takes Simar in his lap. Gajendra praises Aarav as a would be father. Reema becomes anxious regarding her health. But Vivaan asks Reema to calm. Reema seems very excited of the forthcoming baby. Simar adorably hugs Simar.

Badima congrats Aarav and Simar for making grandmother. She kisses on the forehead of Simar. Chitra also warms up Simar and comforts her like a mother. Simar compares Chitra with deceased Sandhya as Chitra takes care of Simar. All the members gives many gifts and beautiful things to Simar. Everyone waits for the gift of Aarav. Chitra pulls the leg of Reema. Meanwhile, the weather becomes stormy and she feels ominous something. Badima prays to Matarani to keep her family safe. Meanwhile, Aarav brings a baby wheel chair. Suddenly the chair gets burnt and Riyansh is asked to bring some water.

The Nagin, najar appears in the door of Oswaal. Simar becomes thunderstrucked to see Nazar. Others also become confounded seeing him. Angry Aarav questions Nazar why did she come here. Nazar indicates that she is bearing the child of Aarav which left other more confused and stunt. Nazar pretends to be innocent and tells the reason of her arrival. Nazar seems pregnant and she confirms that the baby she bearing is the son of Aarav. Hearing this out, Aarav becomes outrageous. Simar also alerts him. Nazar says that she has betrayed Simar and Aarav. Simar doesn’t feel well. She is asked not believe the words of Nagin, but Simar breaks down in tears. Simar can’t grasp the truth. Nazar also sits down in the chair and asks Brahmin to complete the rituals.
